Review We arrived in Bhadgaon hotel after our 2 weeks trek in Himalayas, tired and eager to relax. It was the perfect place! Only a few steps away from noisy old town of Bhaktapur, the nice building made of red stones and wood surrounded by garden, flowers and swimming pool, offers a quiet nest. Welcome drink and wet towel, efficient, polite and friendly staff, we then discovered the big room: large double bed, stylish wooden furnitures, large bathroom, view on the mountains from the window. After an intense day walking in the old streets of Bhaktapur, very noisy, dusty but still beautiful, it was relaxing to have a bath in the swimming pool then chill out on the sofas in the garden, drinking a refreshing cocktail. And as we didn’t want to get out again in the evening, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant: what a good idea! So good that we went the following day as well. Menu is short but food is fresh, tasty and delicious. We tried momos, curries, seasonal salad, grilled pork chops, Jujudhau and brownie. Finally let’s talk about the breakfast buffet: large choice of hot and cold dishes, exactly what you need for a good start in the day!

The so called gym center is not really one: none of the few machines is working.

We enjoyed Hotel Bhadgaon so much that we extended our stay twice! The staff were professional and polite but also gave us a very warm welcome. We felt immediately comfortable. The rooms were spacious (even with a huge bed) and kept very clean. The poolside lounge area and bar was the perfect place to relax, especially mid-week when the hotel is quieter. It was a short walk uphill to the historic heart of Bhaktapur, which was perfect for us.

Great hotel! When you return from trekking in the mountains, it's a perfect place to relax and recover. The staff is always willing to accommodate guests: they checked us in early and allowed us to check out an hour later. The pool is fantastic, the hotel's area are beautiful, the bed in the room is huge, and the fruit plate in the room was a nice bonus. The hotel is located close to the main square but on a quiet street.

The food was not great, but quite normal.

Staff members are very polite and always willing to help. Good breakfast in a clean beautiful restaurant that showcase the rich tradition of the local craftsmanship through its design and furnishings.

The bed is made by putting together two twins, creating a gap in the middle between the mattresses of the two beds, other than that the hotel is very clean, pleasant with good people running it.

Beautiful Hotel, when we arrived we were welcomed with a scarf and a refreshing drink. The staff were so lovely, room was so comfortable and had hot showers. great location. pool is fab and breakfast was great. they helped arrange our taxi and gave good info about the local area. charged my phone and held our luggage.

Had a great pool and bar. The breakfast was superb. Convenient for Bhaktapur a short walk to durbar square. The rooms were big and clean and comfy. Staff were friendly.

We had a last minute deal but i think quite expensive. The food/drinks were very expensive so we ate up in Bhaktapur. Alphabet Pizza was exquisite up in town.

Staff we great. Very happy to help. The hotel is about 5 min walk from the old part of bhaktapur.

Rooms could do with a bit more tlc. Our towel rack was broken and towels would fall on the toilet. Was a bit noisy but since it seemed to be wedding season I think that's probably pretty normal.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were so friendly and polite, the bed was very comfortable and the room was great. Everything was very clean and the food was so good! I'd been hiking for the last two weeks so coming here was a real treat and very relaxing.

This may well be the best hotel in the beautiful village of Bhaktapur. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was very good and the room was clean. I stayed here earlier with a tour group and came back to see more of Bhaktapur The hotel is a very short distance from the gate to the old city The hotel's restaurant is better than any of the restaurants i tried in the village

Surprisingly there is no safety deposit box on the room There is Nescafe for breakfast, they do however sell espresso and the likes separately

All staffs are friendly and there to provide any little helps. Check-in and welcome ceremony were impressive. Swimming pool is good size and in a good location, plenty of sitting area in the garden and bar. Also, thanks for fruits basket and cookies. Transport arrangement was also excellent. Food in the restaurant was good and not expensive.
