Nice garden, the rooms at the front are nice and quiet and the beds are long and comfortable. It is great to have breakfast in the garden and relax before starting your day. The staff is friendly and accommodating! We booked some additional massages which were great

The rooms near the road can be less well insulated so you hear the road noise. We stayed and booked here multiple times and on our second booking we were unable to get the rooms we booked for. First we were unable to get all 3 rooms and later we were able to get 3 rooms but not the rooms with a double bed as booked and approved through Booking. This had to do with the painting that they where undergoing at the time

The staff is so kind. The rooms are spacious and generally clean and have decent lighting which is rare. Paper lanterns and warm colored walls. Each room is very different. I was in 408 and 201. It’s a good deal and the garden area in the morning was very calm. It doesn’t feel stressed or fake. I felt very welcome and at home. Everyone was very kind. And lots of hot water on demand.

You might want to bring your own pillow case and towel. They didn’t feel ultra clean. The back side rooms are on a noisy street so I moved.

Very nice Guesthouse located 10 min North from Bodhnat Stuppa. Perfect to start your stay in KTM, the area is more authentique and you have two important sites to visite from there (Bodhnat+ Pashupatinath). The people managing the guesthouse are super welcoming and carefull. The rooms are ok and the showers clean. You have a rooftop to admire the first view on the roofs. Choice of breakfast in the patio in the morning and you Can also have lunch or dinner. Really appreciated my two days stay. To recommend without hésitation!! Thanks again to Bodhi Guest House

The Bodhi Guesthouse has a wonderful location, near to the Buddhastupa and other sites in walking distance, but in a calm and residential area. The rooms are big, furniture and bed are really ok. The staff is very nice and helpful, with facilities for having lunch or dinner, tea or coffee. An own Taxi from the Guesthouse is available for a good price to the touristic places, drop off and pick up. Quality and prices are very convenient and compared to other locations in Nepal its a very good place to stay, clean and with an excellent relation between quality and price. They can also organize personalized trips to the surroundings.

They need to be clearer re wifi log in. Don't use your phone data there unless you have a clear arrangement with your provider. I spent a fortune using my phone because i couldn't log in according to their written instructions. Not their fault but I did bring it to their attention and they were receptive regarding my experience.

A wonderful guest house with lovely hosts. My favorite go to in Kathmandhu. Note that the shared bathroom with hot water can be a bit busy when the guest house is packed, but overall it’s a minor detail when considering the friendliness of the place.

What I later discovered was truly inspiring: this place is not just a hotel, but a charity that actively supports poor people and children's education. The individuals working here, who themselves face difficulties, are remarkable in their kindness and resilience. Additionally, they empower women by providing employment opportunities to single mothers. It's heartwarming to see such compassion in action. The affordability of the rooms was a pleasant surprise, considering the exceptional quality and service. The inclusive breakfast, served in the charming and intimate garden, offered three delightful choices. And let's not forget the delicious dinner that left my taste buds satisfied. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting other incredibly kind and interesting individuals. It was a joy to connect and share stories with like-minded souls. Leaving this place was bittersweet, as I hoped to return someday. The experience left a lasting impact, not just for its hospitality and comfort, but for its admirable commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others

during the rainy season the hot water in the bathroom could be not always available due to the solar panel but there is a bathroom near the reception where there is always hot water.

Calm and peaceful place. Nice staff. Spacious room for an affordable price. A nice surprise was that just going down the street there is a huge tibetan monastery. An amazing place where to observe the life of Buddhist monks, seat with them in the main temple and listen to them chanting their prayers.

Not at all a black mark but just for the managers to know. The curtains in my room were too small to cover the windows and as the room was on the ground floor, giving on the garden, I had to use my hair clips to attach the curtains together and get a real privacy.

I can really recommend this place, the Service was great and the stuff super friendly. I will defenitely come Back. They helped me with all my requests, it was easy to stay longer and they also kept my Backpack in storrage while i was Trekking. Thank you for everything :)

I loved the atmosphere, the garden, the terrace an the staff is sooo lovely, kind and helpful. I felt at home.

Only thing I didn't like was my first room. It was VERY loud, felt like i am sleeping right on the street.. and it was cold an overall there was no love at all put in that room. But as I changed i became a very cozy, cute, light and way more quite room which I felt very comfortable in.
