Amazing service from very friendly and welcoming staff. They were happy to arrange everything. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was very big and had everything I needed for my one week stay. The beds were soft and comfy, a luxury I am not used to travelling Asia! Big bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location is excellent, with lots of good restaurants literally within 2 minutes walk. Loads of ATMs nearby to, including one right next to the hotel front entrance.

Only a tiny thing, but a few more kitchen utensils in the kitchen would have been nice and some washing up liquid and sponge to wash them with.

The Staff were outstanding, Rajan, Rajesh the boys looking the reception are the best we have come across. Must thank Raj, one of the partners-he goes out of way to assist you. Breakfast is sumptuous, quite a variety-you have to tell your requirements. The apartments are huge with attached kitchenette-especially room 301. Location is central to Thamel but since its on a street with only hotels its totally quiet and peaceful. a great place to stay.

I will not state that I have anything to dislike, because the hotel met our expectations but a small advise to the Management to look closely at all rooms and rectify the niggling issues-example-plug points, cabling, location of certain requirements in the toilets.

The location is extremely central, though quiet as well, which makes the hotel high-ranking in value-for-money category, good internet connection, very considerate staff who gave a number of advises and recommendations on transport spots etc. Kettle and water in the room, warm water, a lot of space.

Might add simple breakfast option, and absence of lift is a constraint when you need to bring the luggage up and down, but the personnel always there to help.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, at least when factoring in the cost. Room was comfortable and had the extra space needed for my mornong exercise. Location was right at the center of the "action" but not excessively noisy. Useful refrigerator in room. Place was nice and clean,

Of course things were rather basic. But this is Nepal, and considering the price paid, anywhere else staying in such a room might cost 10 time as much, so not a real complaint.

Quiet hotel in a convenient area of the city for walking to everything. The rooms were simple and clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was large and tasty. The staff were friendly. We would happily return again.

Wi-Fi is pretty slow, but it can be related to Kathmandu in general, not the exact place.

I stayed here three times during my stay in Nepal and I would come again! Staff is super friendly, I got upgraded two out of the three times, I could store luggage during my trekking, good location in Thamel but still quiet, nice rooms & bathrooms, and best price/value ratio out of three hotels I‘ve been to in Kathmandu.

I wouldn’t necessarily take the breakfast at the hotel again - I was quite surprised about the great reviews; e.g. the coffee is just made from powder, the first time I wasn’t told / asked what I wanted, so it included sausage, …, and also from my perspective it starts quite late. And; guys - asking me on a daily basis to please rate with 10 stars is not how reviews work ;)! But apart from some minor hiccups - clear recommendation!

Good location in Thamel, but away from loud streets. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything i needed. Wi-fi is not the fastest, but decent, it was enough for me for remote working before my trek.

Hotel staff is very helpful, well thought out, caring, I really enjoyed here, and all the needs of me and families were taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice, cleanliness is amazing, ambiance is beautiful, I highly recommend this HOTEL to others. Thank So Much Hotel Dream Nepal.

Nothing - We got nothing to not like.

Great location, Wifi is really good 95% of the time, great breakfast and simply super wonderful staff! Also the heater warmed up the room quickly (cold season) and we got really good sleep all nights.
