Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

This Lakeside gem exceeded my expectations! From the delicious and varied breakfast buffet to the incredibly comfortable beds, this newly built hotel delivers on all fronts. The central location is perfect, the staff goes above and beyond, and the rooms are impeccably clean. I slept so good! Highly recommended

The staff! Every one of them were very attentive, friendly & looking to assist us. The Hotel is located in the lake area is only around 500 meters from the lake. We could get a complete view of the lake. We were also able to see World Peace Center, Shiva Statue & Sarangkot hills from the Restaurant of the Hotel. Special thanks to Karun who was very helpful. Would also like to appreciate the Chef who had prepared very tasty meal. They Hotel also organised our tour taxi at a very reasonable cost (it is difficult bargaining with taxi drivers there). Overall the very pleasant stay.

The cost for the room was slightly higher & one would expect more for the cost. But for us, the staff more than made up for this short coming.

Excellent place with Great Service and View! We stayed there 30th November to 3rd December, 2024. The place was so good, the balcony vjew was amazing and the service was top-notch. This place is situated in a very convenient place, ev Specially Bikram Dada helped a lot. He made our stay tension free and assured everything in an WhatsApp text away. He also booked our Paragliding, Bike rent, and Taxi in a very reasonable price. I'll be staying here in my next trips as well.

I stayed in 3 hotels during my time in Pokhara, and this was by far the best. Large room (I stayed in room 201) great beds and pillows, spotlessly clean and big bonus for me, a large bath to soak in and minimal noise. I found the party scene noise of Pokhara very hard to sleep. I checked out of one hotel after just one nights sleep or very little sleep. I was happy to pay more if it meant quality sleep. Breakfast is basic, but that is most places when comparing to back home, for Nepal was pretty good. Every staff member was super polite, helpful, and genuine in care. Worth paying a little more if you value these things, and plenty around if you don't.

We stayed at Pokhara Alpine and springs after trekking, we were warmly welcomed and immediately received a room upgrade! Comfortable beds, powerful AC, great hot shower, smart tv, small kitchen with tea coffee facilities replenished daily. Fantastic friendly staff helped us sort a bus and an extra night stay last minute when our flight was cancelled. The location could not be more central, you can see the whole city from the roof terrace.

The breakfast has a little room for improvement, the option to buy fresh ground coffee? More fresh fruit options ? However there were plenty of hot options.

I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. The hotel is a true standout when it comes to hospitality. The staff's behavior is exceptional, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Their warm demeanor and willingness to assist add a personal touch that enhances the stay. The rooms are another highlight — spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The cozy ambiance makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.

However, the immediate surroundings of the hotel leave something to be desired. The area isn’t particularly appealing

The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the lake and the city center. Quiet at night and there is a guard. There was no safe in the room. In relation to Nepal by backpacker standards, this is an 11 out of 10.... The staff is courteous, smiling and helpful. Varied and good breakfasts. The view is excellent. In summary, an excellent experience

The cleanliness of the room is good but not perfect. Emphasize clean sheets and towels. There was no safe. Payment only in local currency or by credit card.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, clean and comfortable, everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Their kitchen is also very good. However the best part of our stay was the staff. They are very professional, helping us with everything they even organized us our trips and trekking. They even upgraded us to a better room. I want to highlight Bikram Thada Magar who helped us not only during our stay but after we left the hotel as well.
