The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was temperature controlled which was beneficial and the tea and coffee facilities were excellent. It was nice to have a separate seating area in the room and the option of having a bath or shower.

As I have a very specific diet, I had emailed about having a fridge in the room prior to arriving and had been told that there would definitely be one in the room. After speaking to someone at reception about this he said they don't put fridges in rooms, so he kindly kept my food in the reception fridge. However, after speaking with another person staying at the hotel, he informed me that he did, in fact, have a fridge in his room, so this was disappointing.

Clean and comfortable room. Has a air condition, heating, fridge, TV, There is also a teapot and coffee machine whit selection of coffee and tea. Also wary tasty breakfast. Overall vary clean and bright room. Good location. And nice restaurant near the hotel whit tasty beer.

No storage unit for cloths , like shelf or wardrobe. Some kind of problems whit electric sockets in the room. One is to hing to use (mini fridge cord dose not reach it to plug it in), and one is not working when you turn off the light in the room. So it is a bit of a trouble to charge 3 phones at night ( we where 3 persons in the room). Poor selection of vegetables at the breakfast.

In one of the rooms, the door to the bathroom could not be closed, the waste was not draining well. There was no hand soap at the sink. The breakfast is good, but it is unhygienic to cut the vegetables yourself (the vegetables are touched by other guests beforehand). Despite the shortcomings, we enjoyed our 4-day stay at the hotel.

1. Theoretically, reception works around the clock 2. Superb location, very close to city centre, but still quiet. 3. Direct elevator from the underground parking. 4. Clean and modern bathroom.

1. I was informed by email that reception works around the clock. But at 23:30 the receptionist called to inform me that I should arrive before midnight. Luckily, I was already in Almere. 2. The floor under the bed has not been cleaned since the year when Olof Palme was murdered.

Was a clean and unique location. The facilities were really good, and enjoyed a nice bath. The beds slept like clouds of fluff, so we slept like babies. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite our first person on the reception desk not speaking Dutch, which is a bit weird in a Dutch city.

Went to the bar and at first it was fine, but later had to wait up to 20 minutes for a drink as well as ordering food, and later hearing the kitchen closed. Hotel looks a bit groggy, I supose they went for a beer style hotel, but the wooden outer layer of the building looked pretty cheap and was getting green, as well as the entrance was some kind of dome that looked really dirty. I guess the moist of the wooden outerlayer got inside a bit too, as we saw silverfish on the walls.

Great location for me. It’s only 10 mins walk from Almere Centrum station and all the shops and cafes are just very close. It’s also an easy location for enjoying the lake and nature nearby. It was also nice to have a beer brewery on the ground floor. The room was spacious and I liked there was a work desk and a relaxing chair as well.

It would be nice if a fridge is installed in every room. I stayed in three different rooms (three check-ins) during my stay in the Netherlands this summer but none of them had a fridge.

The property was right on the water and not far from public transportation. It was also right across from Almere Centre with the shopping centers.

They don’t clean your room unless you hang the sign on your door BUT at the bottom of the sign it says if you’re staying for 5 days or more they come and clean your room on the 4th day. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t cleaned on the 4th day and I ran out of towels, they also don’t use fitted sheets so my sheet was just laying on the mattress.

Lovely location, Almere is a beautiful place with lots to do. Staff were fab and the food in the restaurant downstairs on an evening was lovely.

The room was a bit on the small side for a family room. Our friends stayed in a double room and there overall room size was the same as ours, just without the bunk beds. Would also be nice to have a mini fridge and more toiletries. Unfortunately our shower gel was empty and there was no shampoo

Breakfast is good and I liked that is until late in the weekend. I love the late check out policy - at 12! Nice located at the end of pedestrian area and the lake. Walking distance to the train station and regional bus stop.

The room is basic for a 4 stars hotel. No mini bar and the toiletry is also basic. The view to the lake is significantly blocked by 2 ugly buildings - NO fault of the hotel - a fact. A bit of "touch" to make the rooms cozy is missing.

Great location, close to the bay and restaurants, shops and very nice beer bar downstairs. Very convenient parking although additionally paid and fully equipped gym but outside of the bilding. Very Good train connection with Amsterdam.

Very poor air conditioning so in case of hot days becomes very stuffy. Also the door to the bathroom do not close fully.
