Overall, not a bad experience at all. Friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable.

Fitness centre - all the machines were broken or about to break. The breakfast was also overpriced. The hairdryer also needs to be more powerful.

It was clean, nice hotel, good location, close to the metro.

The fact that the toilet is all made of glass and there is no privacy, when you use toilet the other person in the room can see/hear everything.Also i didn’t like that i asked for an extra blanket and i was told at the reception that the ladies in charge with cleaning left so they have no access, which i consider it a bit not ok because for example if an accident happens to my blanket, and i need a replacement, what can i do? it should be a facility available 24/7. Maybe i am wrong but it’s just my oppinion. Beside that, staff was ok.

The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere quiet and chill. Corporate offices are in the area and it’s not very crowded. We chose this location based on proximity to Ziggo Dome, we visited Amsterdam for a concert.

In some places, it wasn’t clean. The base of the bed, the carpet and the drapes had small residues of semen and who know what else. Although the bedding was very clean.

Easy of check-in. We had a range of stuff we had in our room ( fridge, control panel to make request, ect)which was very useful (storing medication) The location was perfect for going to the Ajax stadium or the ASAF arena

The breakfast was not very good and overpriced. We looked for alternatives the next day.

Good, quiet location. Its near metro station so its very easy to reach any part of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly.

Lack of privacy because of the glass toilette doors (wasnt a problem for me and my girlfriend but i would assume someone could find that a little unplessant). Water was leaking out of the shower.

Easy to access by car, walking distance to metro. Clean.

The glass bathroom "inside" the room. Ok if you are travelling alone, less cool when travelling with others.

The hotel is 11 metro stops away from the city center, which means you can reach the city center from the nearest metro station to the hotel in approximately 20-25 minutes. The hotel is also within walking distance of the train station, about a 10-minute walk. Using this train, you can reach the airport in 20-25 minutes. The nearest metro station to the hotel is a 5-minute walk away. Overall, I think the hotel's location is convenient for transportation. I found the hotel's cleanliness and accommodation conditions to be good. When I needed a new towel, the reception helped without much delay. I can also say that I was satisfied with the hotel staff.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the ongoing construction around it. Therefore, if you will be at the hotel in the morning, the noise from the surroundings can be disturbing. Since we visited the city for tourist purposes and left the hotel in the morning, we did not feel the noise much.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Overall the hotel looks modern and well maintained. Nice beds and good enough bathrooms. While it's not very close to the city center, the hotel is quite close to a metro station.

If you made plans to do things mainly in the city center, the location of this hotel in Amsterdam Zuidoost may seem quite remote. While it has good access to public transport, the area has almost no places of interest or access to shops for buying food, for example. By metro, it takes you 25 - 30 minutes to get to Amsterdam Centraal so plan ahead if you're planing to go from and to the hotel specially when traveling with children.

- The staff was friendly; the employees answered all our questions. - The requirements stated at the time of booking have been met. - I was able to leave my luggage safely at the reception, before check-in and after check-out. - The area is quiet, there is no noise; the hotel is a quiet one. - At a distance of 10 minutes on foot, there is a metro that takes you to the city center (we only used this one). - In the room there is a spacious refrigerator, safe, kettle for water, instant coffee and teas, iron, ironing board.

- I stayed at this hotel in February; it has a thermostat on the wall and we set it to a desired temperature, but during the night it was cold. I think it depends from person to person. We couldn't sleep well at night because of the cold. - The toilet is separated from the room by a glass wall. In other words, you can see from the bed how the other person is sitting on the toilet (not completely, but you can clearly see the shape). The bathroom door does not close hermetically, being like a collapsible glass; therefore, other unpleasant odors can reach the room ;) . - These were the only inconveniences.

OZO Hotel is a good choice for a several-night stay if you like to explore the area around Amsterdam. I would say that it is a good hotel for couples. There is a close by metro station, also a train station, and a bus station. The closest station is the metro one, which is within 5–10-minute walk, with which, with number M54, you can be at the Amsterdam Centraal station in less than 20 minutes. The price is reasonable. If you want to use the train, you will need to walk around 15 minutes to the Bijlmer Arena station. The staff was very friendly and always reachable. They gave us all the sufficient information we needed.
