Located 1 minute walk to bus stop. Room spacious and clean, bed large and comfortable. Room looking out on street but very quiet. Breakfast buffet fresh and varied, with something for every taste from fruit, fresh cheese, cold meats, eggs, mini Dutch pancakes to assorted bread and pastries.

Toliet sensor light stopped working after second night in hotel. All other lights functional in room both with and without hotel card in slot. Reported three times and not fixed.. In fairness was offered to change rooms , but was late in evening and too much hassle to pack up and move. This was only a little issue and I would stay in hotel again and recommend staying there to others.

Fabulous hotel, a bit out of town, but easily reachable if you have the Pass. There are 2 sections--3* and 4*. We stayed in the 4star Hotel rooms were spacious, bed matresses were the best I have found and so was the pillows. The staff were incredible helpful. We came in to Sloterdijk and caught the bus 22,direction Muiderpoortstation regular service and almost drops you infront of the hotel ( 5 stops, get off at Zanstraat. Goes on past Amsterdam Central station , as well. Dont miss the terrace at NEMO, Bus 22 again and get off"Kadijksplein" bus stop, the closest stop to NEMO Science Museum. Terrace is free and amazing views as you drink your beer. Didnt have the breakfast ( think it is over expensive) but lovely coffee pods and machine in room and Albert Hine supermarket , one stop be bus or 15min walk If you have the Pass you can use the loophole and take bus 369 direct to the airport( in front of Sloterdijk ) , otherwise it would cost a bit to take the train

This is my second stay and they've definitely did some renovation since I last came and they've added a gym which is great. Food in the restaurant is decent, good location from the centre not too far to walk to get in about 20 minutes. Or you can get the bus 22 straight to Dam Centraal which is a bit further in. Rooms are a good size accommodating a walk in shower and a bath. I would definitely stay here again. It is closer to the part of the centre I prefer and you get to walk around and see a different more local side to the city.

Compared to the hotels i stayed previously in in Amsterdam, this hotel waa clean, easy to reach by public transport (bus 22 from central station stop right in front of the hotel) and the area was calm, definately would repeat it

Modern hotel in easy reach of Amsterdam town centre either by bicycle or bus (10 mins). The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided a wide range of choice of cooked or continental.

The hotel car park cost €37 per night!

This is a great hotel if you want to attend to events like Awakenings at Gashouder. It's like a 15min walk from the hotel to the venue. We stayed for Awakenings NYE and it was awesome.

The room was very spacious, I liked the bath tube - it was big and convenient. The cleaning was done every day at a convenient time, breakfast was great and various, I really liked the covid testing right inside the building of the hotel - it was very convenient to generate the codes every day (I am a USA resident so I didn't have a vaccination QR code and had to generate express code every day). Location is very convenient as well - the bus stop is right nearby and the city center/amsterdam central are available with bus or 40-mins walk. The safe box is big and my laptop fit inside.

It was freaking cold (!!!) in the room - I asked an additional blanket and could be inside the room only under 2 blankets. There was no way of regulating the temperature inside the room - they have a centralized temperature setting. It was the only big disadvantage. They also messed up my booking and it took them an additional 1.5 hours to figure it out on my arrival, but it is okay. Also they messed up my laundry and sent me some other person's clothes but they were able to find my clothes finally. I am okay with that because they have forgotten to include it into my final invoice :) I wish their cleaning service didn't speak so loud and even scream in the corridors every day as well (especially when I try to sleep having a jet lag).

We arrived very early in Amsterdam and were able to access our room much earlier than expected. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The advance assistance by WhatsApp was also very useful. There's a very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is located a little way from the city centre, but is quieter as a result. Also, there are good bus connections right outside the hotel and the walk into town through Westerpark is very nice - there are also plenty of cafes and places to eat around there.

Hotel is located in the area not so close to the center of Amsterdam, but easily accessible by train or bus from the central station. The area is very quiet and safe, there are petrol station and some stores around. We did not use the restaurant. It is stylish hotel with all needed amenities. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, they were so kind to give is the suite room instead of standard room. The suite room is great, but standard room is also clean and spacious with coffee machine, A/C, electric kettle, TV, etc. Bed was big and comfortable; bathroom was fantastic with jacuzzi and all toiletries. I have been to Amsterdam many times and I must say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed especially for that price. The main requirement for us was to have modern hotel with normal elevator as we had many suitcases which would be difficult to handle in the small boutique hotels located in the center of the city. Very much recommended!

Nothing, I would stay here again when next time in Amsterdam. We stayed only 2 days in the suite room and it was great experience.
