Great room with lovely view over the river. Breakfast was very varied and very enjoyable with views over the river. The hotel was only about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Arnhem

The restaurant or room service was not available for evening meals during our stay. We had been informed of the restaurant non-availability on various dates but only after booking. The restaurant appeared to be out of bound due to group bookings for coach arrival guests. There was a nice bistro only 10 minutes walk away.

Everything was great! Especially the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpfull. The lift was broken for a few hours and they insisted helping us up with our stuff. The view of the river is amazing! Great balcony to sit and have a drink. Pet friendly ❤

The shower gel bottle was empty, the shower curtain was not especially hygienic (might have been just old) and there were only 1x wine glass, 1x beer glass (we were with 2). Not really problems (we could have called the reception and I'm sure they would have helped us). Just a remark 😊

I was upgraded, for some reason, to a room with a terrace, which provided a great view of the Niderrijn; lots of ducks and geese and a wonderful sunrise. The city center was in walking distance, but being close to the river and surrounded by parks made it a great place to stay.

Not something I didn't like, so much as an observation, or warning: some of the furniture is showing some wear and tear, and the rooms themselves look like they could use some modernizing or renovation: the bathtub and radiator, for example, seem a little... old. The bed, however, seemed new and was wonderfully firm...

We had a junior suite with a terrace overlooking the Rhine so for us it was good. We were able to park for free right outside. Breakfast was around 7/10 in a lovely room overlooking the Rhine. Close to a bus stop into town. Staff were all very pleasant especially Savannah.

A characterless building. Bathroom was dated and quite worn but clean and functional. Why don’t any European hotels have fresh semi skimmed milk!

The hotel was lovely. Well presented, very clean & tidy but without being clinical. The views across the Rhine were brilliant, specially from the dining room & terrace.

The hotel was a little further out of town than I anticipated but only a 15 minute walk. I was told on arrival that the restaurant was not available for evening meals due to hosting a large coach party, which was disappointing.

The view from the room is exceptional, with the Rhine below and fields across. (We booked a room with terrace, highly recommended!) Breakfast is of excellent quality, very fresh and varied, and is served in a room overlooking the water. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is at walking distance from the city centre.

The bathroom is very coldly lit, so you don't look your best in the mirror:-)

Parking excellent, breakfast very comprehensive and good, view was marvellous. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The pinot grigio was terrible. The menu for dinner was a bit limited, but after getting hopelessly lost (no thanks to the sat nav on our hired car!) we fell on what was offered which was very good.

Superb location, all rooms overlooking the Lower Rhine. Plenty of on street parking, the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the center of Arnhem. Staff were most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the view from the dining room was unbeatable. Would be the hotel of choice on a return trip.

The drain in the bathroom floor gave off an unpleasant smell. A barking dog in the neighboring room and a dog that ran rampant in the dining room.

Nothing really. I was misinformed about there being a money machine at the station but it had recently been closed so I don't blame the staff member for not being up to date with that
