Immaculate,large room and large en suite. Very quiet,substantial choice for breakfast.

We were in room 608 which is the end of the corridor adjacent to the spiral staircase fire exit..in a separate building several feet away(,I believe it was a sports hall).the banging from what I presume to be some sort of weights machine,was intolerable at times.the entire room shuddered,goodness knows what it's doing to the infrastructure.Needs addressing,I am sure we are not the only guests to complain.

-The hotel is located in a beautiful city with really friendly and cosy environment -The staff were super friendly and helping -The breakfast was good , full of options as of Gluten free , sugar free , and lactose free options -there is a restaurant right near the hotel which was a perfect choice for dinner -There are a lot of free parking spaces all over the place , which made our stay easier :)

-The rooms are a little bit outdated ( design etc. ) -There are too little English signs out in the hotel ! for example : They use Zinc instead of the chlorine in the bathroom ( in order to take care of the climate ) there is a sign for it , right above the toilets , which explains the gray material in the toilet . BUT all in DUTCH ! so we were first surprised ( in a bad way ! ) when we saw the toilet , until we used the google translator to translate the mentioned sign ! So I would recommend a more English-friendlier signs as a non-dutch speaker :)

I liked everything about it to be honest. The staff and people very friendly. Great selection in the restaurant. Had the Beef - Wellington myself. It was beautiful. Then the buffet breakfast was lovely aswel, Great bar, 4 bowling alleys, 3 dart boards and all the sports on the TV. What more do you want 😁

Nothing really, was only there one night now. Definitely going back.. It's a beautiful part of the country

Evening meal was lovely, breakfast bag was lovely and helpful as we needed to leave early, staff were friendly, room was clean, bathroom was clean and very nice

No hairdryer in the room when it said on my app there would be one, I was not a massive fan of the bed but I don't think it was a bad bed just not for me. I feel the price was a little high.

The hotel was in a lovely quiet location. The reception staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient. The restaurant served very tasty food. We left before breakfast started being served, but we were given a carrier bag of breakfast and there was a lot of food and drink in there!

The bed was a bit soft for me also the pillow was too big/fat for me to use comfortably to support my neck. These 'dislikes' are just for me personally they probably would not bother anyone else!

Lovely location, good size room & great facilities. I was travelling with dogs for shows & I was given a very accessible room & the area had good walks for them. No request was too difficult for the hotel. I was out early every morning so opted for the breakfast bag which was superb for the day. Highly recommend the hotel.

No travel kettle in the room

This is a very comfortable and well-appointed hotel, with all the amenities you might want. They had a secure storage shed for my bicycle, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. All the staff I dealt with were also quite helpful and friendly.

The only negative point was the cost, but I knew about that in advance, so it was not a surprise.

The staff was always very helpful and the hotel restaurant is cozy and looks nice, but more important food was nice; not many things in the menu but quite diverse.

I arrived very late so I had to search for security boxes which are very small and hidden, and after managing to enter the room was really cold because the heaters were off. I started them but took till morning to have a cozy temperature, but after all good.

The evening meal in the Dirk Brasserie was superb as was the breakfast in the morning . The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable .
