Did not try breakfast. Only 10-15 min walk to Keukenhof. My bed was narrow but very comfortable. Close to Mall with lots of restaurant and grocery store options; bus 361 from airport to Lisse Centrum (closest stop to Hotel) was convenient, but can only pay with cc.

Shower was tight quarters; 2-8 pm arrival times may be too tight a window for some; a more cultural difference, many places only accepted cc. So, I brought too much cash in euros.

The location to the Gardens was perfect. Only a few minutes drive to the parking lot at the Gardens. Near the hotel, there was city parking that was free. Bonus for us. Easy walk to the hotel from parking. The Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Lots of different items to choose from. The coffee machines were amazing. Love the selections of coffee you could have. Reminds me of a coffee house. Wonderful staffing from the front desk to the buffet area. Way to go Ladies.

There weren't any night stands on one side of the room. Pulling in devices and balancing them on the top of the headboard was a bit challenging.

We stayed at the Hotel with my family! Spacious and clean rooms. There is a small kitchen where you can prepare breakfast. There is also a kettle and coffee machine. The room was warm and cozy. The hotel has an excellent location. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is also free parking nearby.

The hotel is the closest one you’ll find to Keukenhof, just a few minutes’ drive away, or 10 minutes’ walk. There is an Aldi in the next street, and a kebab shop round the corner, as well as many other eateries, as this hotel is very central in town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, albeit very small. But, there was a good heating system, so, on a cold night, it was just nice and cozy!

As this is a low-rise building (three storeys), there is no lift. Instead, there are steep stairs that are covered with carpeting with a confusing pattern — you have to really watch your step when going up and down! The bed was really high! We short Asian people had to apply a high-jump technique just to get on it! 😂 There were cups, but no saucers. So, we had to ask to borrow some from the dining hall.

Spotless clean! Great job from cleaning personnel. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The price is high for what offers. The room needs a renovation/modernization, seems has being a while since they invest in something. A pad/ Krups coffee machine instead instant coffee, would be better , luckily we had home made coffee with us otherwise we couldn't function well 😆.

We chose the small apartment style kind of accommodation, since we were going to arrive kind of late in the evening and were not sure if we could find open places to eat in the area (travelling mid-January, low season, and Thursday evening). Therefore, we appreciated the seating space, coffee maker and cooking facilities. (Cooking utensils were offered at 10€ per day, but we didn't need them, since we had our own.) The location was good for us, since we wanted to visit Leiden, but also be relatively close to Amsterdam's airport so that we wouldn't have to get up too early in the morning for our flight. We arrived after the reception had closed (19.30), but we could easily access the apartment with the self-check-in system. I even received a call around 19h from the reception to make sure we had all the information we needed to find the key and the access to the apartment.

One small thing: There was in theory a box for quick-check-out that we were looking for the day of our departure, since we left at 7am, before the reception was open (low season and not the weekend). We couldn't find it, but no big deal. We just left the keycards on the reception desk and that worked out. I received the invoice by email.

The breakfast buffet was nice; we had plenty of options to eat and drink to start a day. Location was excellent: close to the Keukenhof gardens, close to the centre of Lisse and a bus stop to Schiphol airport. Beds were comfortable, we had clean towels every day, and we even had tea and instant coffee for each day. Staff was welcoming and helpful with everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back.

Though there was renovation going on, the hotel was still very clean and not noisy. Our suite was ideal for our family size. Very good breakfast too. I would have rated higher if not for the shower in our suite which was faulty. We spent only a night so it was manageable. I informed the receptionist on our way out and she said they will take care of it.

Location was close enough to get to by foot from public transport (700m). Near supermarkets and very close (you can see the bus stop from our room, 001) to bus stop Eikenlaan for bus 90. Had tea and kettle facilities in the room. Staff was very very nice and very kindly waited for us to arrive after their official check in time because we were travelling from Germany that day by train (unfortunately every single train and bus that day for us was delayed!). Had toiletries.

There was no fridge in the room but the staff let us put our food in their fridge and lent us the use of their microwave the next morning. Staff were hard to find even at 8am. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room (for 2 people), 4 of each coffee and sugar sachets, 4 serves of milk/creamers but strangely only 3 packets of tea. Only one side of the bed had a power point near the pillow. No lift but our room was just up one small flight of stairs. Stairs a bit steep.
