The hotel is close to the train station, which can be handy but also means it's not the nicest neighbourhood, and you need to walk a bit to get to the city centre. Room and bathroom were very clean and just big enough to accommodate two people for a short stay. The private parking and a small fridge in the room were convenient as well. Staff was friendly and trying to be helpful.

Not all staff members seemed prepared to answer basic questions, like how to get to the city centre, how to do the quick check-out, or how to open the car park barrier. Fully understand junior staff needs time to learn, but maybe they'd need a better prep before they are let loose on the guests.

The location of the Hotel was fantastic, next to Nijmegen's Railway Station and within very close walking distance to the center of the town, which proved very useful in exploring the areas. The Old Town, beautiful parks, the walk along the river bank and of course its shopping center.

Unfortunately we only stayed for two nights and therefore it would be unfair to comment. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to stay longer during our next visit to Nijmegen.

The location was excellent especially as was arriving late in the evening by train to Nijmegen and the hotel was just two minutes walk from the train station. It was also very handy to have both train and bus services so close to the hotel when travelling in the City and to other locations. The hotel is located very close to the town centre but not too close so don't experience the noise from people out at night. It was also great to have late check in which other hotels did not provide.

Nice and clean hotel. All the amnemneties you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent bed, very quiet. We slept like a rock. Descent breakfast in the morning, although nothing special.

For a standard 4-star hotel, this seems ridiculously overpriced (I made an upgrade to a superior double room, which turned out to be still quite small), in the end paying 240 euros, including breakfast. That is not two nights, but one.

Nice room, pretty large, a good sized desk, soft bed, really nice staff and everything impeccably clean! As an ambulatory wheelchair user I didn't take an accessible room to leave it open for someone who depends on it, but even the the regular room I could easily get around in my wheelchair (not the bathroom though, so if you need it, definitely book the accessible room)

Not really dislikes, just things I would like to read about in reviews if I were considering this hotel: if you're sensitive to sound, ask to get a room at the front of the hotel, as the back is next to the train tracks and this gives some noise. Nothing that can't be fixed with some earplugs though, but just a heads up!

I've been a regular customer in this hotel for years, and with a reason. The staff is friendly, the rooms are good, beds are comfortable, everything is neat and the breakfast is very good. This time I also made use of the sauna for the first time, very nice... It's easy to reach by car or public transport and from there you can discover the city walking.

Prices have gone up tremendously over the past couple of years.

Good location by station but only short walk to restaurants etc. Although quite functional, it had all that I needed - decent shower, decent air con (needed as 28C in Nijmegen when I was there), reasonable buffet breakfast. Before my stay I had been worried re noise as close to station, but not an issue (I was on 2nd floor).

I would have liked standard breakfast tea bags and milk in the room.

What's noteworthy about the hotel is the location, near the central rail station, just in the corner. And 7-10 minutes walk to the main shops streets. The best was the restaurant and the generous breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and cheerful.

For a four-star hotel, I would have expected much more cleanliness and greater comfort. Scratched doors, dusty windowpanes, and unclean closets were disappointing.

Very clean.Nice breakfast.Good location. The receptionst during check out was very friendly as well as most of the staff.

It would be good if more information was given about the room service/mini bar. Because the fridge was empty and no manu card was available. I had to figure it out from the numbers on the phone where for what to call. So, Because there was no price list didnt order anything. Same with wifi...no information about...I had to again figure it out myself without any available information in the room.I was travelling with my 10 years old daugher. It would be nice if the lady (elder one) during check in was more friendly to her, when especially she asked to her for how long she was working in the hotel...it was just an innocent question...still overall good place to stay...

Central location overlooking the train station and 5 minutes walk into the centre of town. The rooms was comfortable. There is a small fitness room with a cross trainer and bike as well as a sauna. In hours, hotel guests have access to the gym next door at ROC Nijmegen

The gym is a one-in-one-out with prior reservations only and closes at 11pm. Train station next door so can be noisy
