Friendly reception upon arrival and departure. Paid parking in secure parking garage under the hotel. Loved the quiet location in close vicinity to Rotterdam.

Like mentioned before in previous reviews, the bathroom door is useless. It’s just a frosted glass sliding door which leaves openings all around. You can see, hear and smell everything that’s going on in the bathroom. Probably not a huge problem for couples who have been married for 30+ years, but it could be an issue if you are sharing the room with a new date or business partner.

Our room was super spacious with 4 windows, two of them were facing the canal, the view was very nice. You could make tea or coffee in your room, You also have table, chairs, sofa, fresh towels, comfortable bed. Parking is available at the hotel for small price, and if you do not want to pay additionally, you could easily park around the corner at Sportcentrum - plenty of space there free of charge.

The sofa was covered by hairs of dog or cat from previous guests - it was not obvious ( you can not see it immediately), but when you seat on sofa, your clothes are covered by hairs - I even had to take antiallergie tabs after cleaning my pullover. For somebody with Allergie that could be much worse.

The staff were excellent: professional, friendly and very helpful. They went beyond normal duties, helping me with some emergency printing too. From the outside the hotel looks like an ugly concrete block. I think our rooms (5th floor) must have been newly renovated as they were extremely clean and extremely modern.

My only issue with the hotel was that my room was really cold. The heating in the room did not work and even with two duvets I was cold.

Staff were friendly, the Room itself was really spacious and offered everything someone might need. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonably decent price. Breakfast that was included with the room was also pretty good, with enough options to cater to pretty much all tastes.

The bathrooms is a tad bit dated, I believe they are currently going through an overhaul so this will probably improve over time.

The hotel is very close to Dordrecht and Alblasserdam, which is where i was going to see my friends. The pictures do not do it justice. It was much better than i had anticipated. Very comfortable beds. Very good value for money

The bathroom door is not designed for full privacy. It's just a glass sliding door with a HUGE gap where you can see into the bathroom if you walk past it. Staying with a friend meant that we had to have a courtesy rule between us so that we don't accidentally walk in on eachother. The mini bar was not complimentary.

Spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food served at the event dinner on the first evening was delicious.

The breakfast offering was disappointing. Hot foods were not topped up regularly, a shortage of bowls for cereals and fruit, lack of fruit juices. For 17 Euros I would expect more. We actually cancelled our breakfast for the second day due to this.

great location beside a public pool but a good walk into the town centre and a drive into Dordrecht. We had connecting rooms which was great for kids. staff very friendly.

Guest left out glasses outside their room and it was still there the next day, carpet also dirty. It didnt seem that staff were on the floors during the day to see this.

Breakfast is good, enough choise and the quality is good. The staff at the reception is very friendly. Rooms are good, the picture on the website represent the reality.

The ceiling above the shower is low (if you're tall). There's a public outdoor swimmingpool next to hotel. During the day theres' a lot of noice. That's disturbing if you're sitting outside. And in the summer they should find a solution to add more shade oustide on their terrace.

Breakfast is pretty good, unfortunately we had Salmon only one day. But the poached eggs were perfect, and the had fresh veggetables and great sausages. The coffee and tea were pretty good. My suite was outstanding, very quiet with lots of Nespresso options.

The hotel is about 20min away from Rotterdam, but the bus is very convenient. A taxi is expensive 50 Euros. So remember to plan to take the bus. We do not have UBER in this area.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of variations... delicious. The srevice was exceptionally friendly. We were nominated as the guests of the day and received our breakfast without charge. Exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
