This property was not only exactly describes and pictured on the booking site but even better! A lot of though went into the planning and setting up of the rooms and facilities - even down to small floor level lights that helps with finding the path to the toilet in the middle of the night. The hostess sent a lot of helpful information prior to our stay and was on hand to welcome us and settle us in on arrival. A truly exceptional place to stay - could not recommend it more.

We had an incredible stay at this B&B! The accommodation was excellent—clean, cozy, and in a beautifully maintained village. Our host was extremely friendly, accommodating our dog with a warm welcome. She provided great tips for activities in the area, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and delicious, varied breakfast served each morning. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The B&B is located in a nice quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to park my motorcycle at the backyard under the shed so it was dry in the morning (rainy day). The hosts were very friendly and forthcoming. Nice time at the pool in the evening and tasty breakfast in the morning. Great!

I strongly suggest to spend some time in La vita verde! Beautiful and cosy design, the bathroom was very spacious and has everything needed. We had full access to the kitchen and could make tea or coffe whenever we wanted to. Jeanette, the host, was the kindest and available, and also made for us a delicious breakfast each morning. I really felt like at home! :)

Nothing. We rented a car so that the position in a small town wasn't a problem. Anyway Susteren is quite near to every bigger city and was perfect to visit the south of Netherlands.

Large and very clean room with access to shared kitchen and tables (which we were happy to use). Super nice shower. Quiet surroundings. Easy to find. Good communication with Jeanette and her daughter. Generous breakfast. Excellent value for money, would return anytime, recommended to all. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

The house is very pretty, it looks recently renovated. The owners have good attention to details, it is very clean. Industrial style interior design. Good privacy despite being an house, there is a family room upstairs which is actually two rooms divided by a sliding door. One with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. These rooms share a private bathroom. Each room has a TV. Downstairs there's another double room with its own private bathroom and a kitchen with plenty of drinks for a small fee. Good WiFi. Extended breakfast. Friendly host. Private parking in front of the house. Dogs accepted. Good value for money. Definitely recommend!

The mattress in one room was on the wall next to the light switch and when in turned over in bed I turned the light on in the night.

Clean, spacious everything you could possible need is there and an extremely welcoming hostess!

We really enjoyes our short stay here. Good location. Friendly, flexible, helpful and kind owner. Big choice of nice filling breakfast. Quiet place. Big clean room. We will return for sure.
