The owners were welcoming, and the room we had also had access to a roof terrace, where we sat for a while whilst drinking wine that was left in the fridge for us. 2 small bottles of wine (1 red, 1 white), 2 beers, 2 bottles of water, nuts and a kit-kat were left for us to use, but we were happy with just a glass of wine each. Breakfast was relaxing, and we had enough choice (vegetarian), to set us up for the day. We couldn't eat everything so Michel bagged up 2 pastries for us to eat later in the day. Much appreciated.

Nothing, some may say its a bit far from the centre, but it's much quieter than the busy centre and you can get a good nights sleep.

Beautiful room, extremely cozy, the decoration, the colours... so hommy but at the same time new & fresh; our room was like the perfect lounge or the bedroom of your dreams. Stunning bed: great pillows, super comfortable mattress, lovely duvet... The heating in the room worked really well (it was January). The breakfast was spectacular. All fresh and lots of fruit, yogurt, juice...absolutely delicious. The other guests were also quiet and well-mannered. Excellent location, quiet and safe neighbouhood. We will definitely come back here for another gig at the Poppodium.

Guess some people would like to know that our room had an open space bathroom, there was a wall separating the livign space from the toilet and shower, but no door and the wall doesn't reach the ceiling. Although it is very well built, extremely cute, ventilation works well, cozy and clean, etc but there isn't much privacy if someone else is in the room. This wasn't a problem for us, and the big walk-in shower is well worth it.

Beautiful room, well furnished and well organised, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Location is about a twenty minute walk from most places, fine if the weather is good, but might be an issue for some. Breakfast especially good (baked goods exceptional), and encouraged discussion amongst the guests. Not a huge place, only 3 or 4 rooms, so feels very intimate, and Michel is an excellent host.

Distance from town is a bit far to walk, probably worse in bad weather, but wasn't an issue for me.

We came to this location for a concert in the near 013 concerthall. At first it was the price for me, to check into this lovely house. From the first greeting to our checkout, everything was more than pleasant. My husband didnt have any clue what i booked (he just needs a bed and a roof). But at our ride back home, he told me, that for the next concert in Tilburg, he wants to visit again. Everything was luxurious and comfortable at the same time. We. Loved. Every. Minute. The huge Shower, the really great bed, the decor! Thanks!

Beautiful and very comfortable, with several thoughtful touches to make the stay even more hospitable. The staff is extremely friendly and communicative. Easy check in. The breakfast was exceptional.

The location is a bit farther removed from the main attractions but still only about a 20-25 minute walk. We liked that it was quiet.

It was wonderful. Nice location, not far from town. The breakfast was great, healthy and delicious. The bed was comfortable. The minibar was free. A carafe was filled with fresh water every day. Nothing was missing.

This place and the hosts are soo awesome! The room was beautiful, the bed was large and comfy. We also had a tv but we did not use it. The room is clean and cute, we also had a balcony which was a suprise for us but we did like it! There was a tiny fridge in the room (2 beer, 2 wine and water and chocolate) so after we arrived, we could sit in the balcony with a beer and chill a little bit. The room is equipped with everything. The breakfast was 10/10.

There was no bathroom-door which we did not liked so much. And we also could be happier if we could check in earlier but it's ok. :)

The room is very comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated. Everey detail is just perfect. Michél is extremely kind and helpful, he really walked the extra mile to meet our needs. There's a bus stop to central station right in front of the property, which is super handy.

Beautifully decorated, we had a nice surprise discovering our room, Michèl is very welcoming and we had a great (short) stay! Free parking is 5 minutes away and there’s a short 15min walk to the city centre.

Not a fan of the toilets in the room. But it’s not a big deal, some may enjoy though 😅

An excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable accomodation with outstanding accessories, right in the peaceful heart of Tilburg. Short walk distance to both a shopping centre and restaurants, with a delicious breakfast on site. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I will not have to search further for my next trip. Highly recommended
