A really good breakfast, normal variety of food and drinks. A perfect location - in a city center. Hotel is located in the big shopping mall what also helps in case you need to buy food, to eat or else. There is a set for tea/coffee in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hotel is near the railway station, so it is quite noisy at night. The room lacks light, I would say it is too dark. There are also no shelves or a normal place to store clothes, but there is an iron in the room... The bathroom has the same problem - there is no place to put cosmetics, to dry a towel or put other things, poor lighting for make-up.

I was able to check in early. The room had view of Don Tower. Great lighting in bathroom, LED mirror, good dryer, very good luggage storage and closet with hangers. The bedside table had enough space for cell phone, cup, Kindle, etc (important!) and the room’s temperature control was good and easy to set up. Towels were not the thin type and they have washcloths. Plenty of table top space in room for purse, day pack, etc. Wifi is solid, stayed connected the entire 4 days, did not have to repeat login. The cover of the huge glass mall was fortunate since it rained much of the time and there are 20+ restaurants within. The hotel breakfast offering was extensive, staff would appear instantly to refill items or help with questions. The train station is right outside and the outdoor plaza between hotel and station is covered. One of the mall exits lands you right in Old Town Utrecht - great location.

Soap and lotion were too strongly scented, perfume-y. I didn't get the wake up call I requested or a printed receipt when I arrived or when I left; the printers both not working! Staff were helpful but not particularly friendly; they don't go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome; they do their jobs.

Clean, good towels, toiletries and linen. Small problem with AC sorted out very quickly by helpful maintenance technician, he even left complimentary chocolate! Bed very comfortable and room service reliable. Nice breakfast, all fresh and good choice of continental, cooked items, pastries and even a waffle maker. Would definitely stay again, and recommend.

Was a bit tricky getting back into hotel later on in evening as entrance is inside a shopping centre, which lowered security gates, restricting access via one door. Not hotels fault, but a separate entrance would be better.

Location of the hotel is 1 min walk from the central station , and is located in a mall in the center which makes it very convienent for transporatation, finding food , shopping etc. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast was good ! we had everything we need and more . There are places in the lobby to sit and do some emails / work

Desk in the room is TINY and there is no light / lamp in the desk area so catching up emails/work was difficult. Smell of the room was like hospotal / medicene in the first day , we were wondering how well it was cleaned from the people before but could not recognize any issue. We did not complain , but this can be checked by the hotel team further and considred for the future. Location designed for suitcase is not suffient for big suitcase so we had to store them on the floor

Very handy location inside a shopping centre and very close to the city centre and the train station. good silent rooms, good shower, comfortable beds. Great place for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is also good and the internet connection speed is very decent. There is also a lobby area (where breakfast is served) with an opportunity to sit and work or chat with friends (you can buy snack and drinks from the hotel but with two supermarkets inside the shopping centre you would be better off buying outside and bringing it back).

The hotel is in the middle of a shopping centre which in the evening has some boisterous groups of young people milling about. We didn’t feel threatened as such but I imagine that not everyone would be comfortable returning to the hotel late in the evening from Thursday to Saturday. It is minor concern though. One other tip is that everyone seems to want breakfast at the same time on a Sunday morning (after 0900) so it was quite challenging to find a seat and you had to queue for the buffet and again for coffee or tea (same machine). I expect that other days this won’t be a problem.

Very close to Utrecht Centraal train station, which is not far from the centre of Utrecht, so the location was convenient. The room provided everything you would expect, good shower, hair dryer, iron, comfortable bed. Reception / bar / breakfast seating area was all in one big space, so plenty of room to sit for a drink or snack during the day.

The bedroom windows could not be opened. Air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, but I prefer some fresh air! Breakfast was very crowded. Breakfast food was ok, but coffee was from a machine. It felt a bit weird being in a hotel in a shopping mall. Don't expect nice views!

Everything was convenient and easy to get to. The city was clean and felt well managed. Walking around the city at night we felt safe. Local people were very friendly.All the parks were beautiful. Bicycle hire and cycling around great Utrecht was made very easy.

The only we both didn’t like was the sausages in the hotel restaurant. We both think they were a bit hard (rubbery). We both live in the UK and think the sausages here are much better. When hiring electric bikes there didn’t seem to be much choice in size for smaller people.

The location was excellent. Just a few meters from train station, inside hoog catharina mall, where you can go without ever going out in the open (and getting wet in case of rain). The breakfast was superb and the room was totally clean. The view from the apartment, and the fact that the windows wall was full glass made the stay even better! We travelled with our 2yo son and requested a cot. The staff was super nice about that, and helped at once with our request!

I would like the bathroom to be more "soundproof", since the sliding door had a significant gap from the wall and that meant essentially that having the bathroom door open or closed made no difference in terms of the sound.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is good, very central and close to the station and stores. The breakfast offer was ok and the breakfast staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall, the staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast offer was ok, but for a longer stay it was very repetitive (every day the same options). I would suggest a bit more variety. The female employee in the reception who welcomed me was not so friendly and complained about me ringing the bell trying to get in, as the automatic door did not open.

Oh I wish I'd stayed in here for at least 2 more days! It was kinda a last minute travel plan, but totally worth it! I love how the hotel is super location, super close to the train station since it's just in the shopping centre right next to the station! I like how busy the mall could be during the day, yet it's still so peaceful and quiet in the room. It was a busy day when I checked in, and I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but reception staffs are very friendly, offered complimentary drink and handled my luggages. The room isn't too big but has everything I need: a nice shower, very comfy bed, enough space for my luggage. Would definitely love to stay again whenever returning to Utrecht!
