We stayed 4 nights to attend a wedding reception on the Friday 10.3.23. We had a wonderful evening meal on the Sunday night 12.3.23 and again on Monday morning for breakfast 13.3.23 - Tracey looked after us amazingly and had exceptional service from her :) The location and facilities were lovely, as was the decor throughout the entire property.

Unfortunately, the only downfall of our stay was the service we received at breakfast both on Saturday 11.3.23 and Sunday 12.3.23 mornings, the lady serving us wasn't engaging or friendly which was a shame as the rest of our stay was great.

We loved the space…in the room and facility as a whole…lovely room to breathe and relax. Lovely gardens and rural setting so we enjoyed this outlook from our room, dining room etc. Fine dining from restaurant…enjoyed evening and breakfast meals. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. All good. Will return.

All good….nothing we would change.

The staff were friendly and helpful, meals were awesome. The setting was great, my grandson loved to look out the window and see the sheep. Room was big enough to accommodate all of us without tripping over each other.

The only negative is it didn't supply a toaster or microwave in the room, traveling with a small toddler we needed the toaster for his breakfast and microwave to heat his bottles.luckily I emailed b4 hand and ask if they had either of them so ended up bringing my own toaster

Modern facilities on the inside. Quiet, lovely gardens. Restaurant food was very nice.

Bathrooms could do with a little more attention to detail. They were basic clean, but base of tap, plug edge and shower edges could do with a brush clean and a spritz of bleach. Toilet could also do with a bit extra. Some Staff were a bit unenthusiastic, but of course they were working over the new year.

Our family room was so spacious and modern. We were lucky enough to get early check-in and late check out and we could park our car right outside our room. It was great having an extra tv in the parent's bedroom. I loved the decor of Reception and the restaurant. We enjoyed a fantastic evening meal and breakfast. The staff were really friendly.

We forgot to try the breakfast, we loved the location & how it's not in the middle of town & it is so easy to find. The opportunity to see the historical village next door was a surprise bonus.

I would like to have chosen my room location. The outside brick look of the apartments could do with a face lift just to Match the stunning interior design of the rooms, lobby etc.

For us it was just an overnight stop during a long drive. But what we found was way more than we expected. A very nice hotel, with luxurious decorations in the lobby, ample parking spaces, and a peaceful and serene ambience. We only had breakfast here and it was very good.

Well appointed, modern room. Comfortable, lovely toiletry products supplied. Clean and warm. Great value for money.

Had to check out a day early as we had a family member unwell at home. When we checked out there was no offer of any reimbursement for the night we had paid for but didn't use. Didn't really expect to be fully reimbursed as it was late in the day and they would be unlikely to fill the booking but anything would've been nice. This may however be their policy and would be reasonable.

I needed to extend my stay at the last minute, however the hotel was fully booked. The staff went above and beyond to extend my stay and were genuinely excited when they were able to fulfil my request. Just the most genuine, loveliest hotel staff I have encountered. I intend to return in May.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, we needed to check in early for an event and they were more than happy to do so. Loved that the facilities were clean and updated.

Only niggle was we had no cutlery, would’ve been nice to have a couple knives and forks to have our cheese and crackers and lunch. Other than that our stay was great!
