Hokonui B&B is in a lovely rural setting. The view from the breakfast area is fantastic. The B&B is located just a short drive out of Gore. We had the upstairs room and it was spacious, private, comfortable, quiet, and had a gorgeous view. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was plenty of space to park. The price was very reasonable considering the room and the breakfast. We would gladly stay here again.

Brian and Shona are very friendly and chatty and met our requirements well , the house is outstandingly spacious and in lovely grounds with stunning views. Breakfast was perfect / just as we all liked it . The bedrooms were excellent, comfy , plenty of bedding and choices for pillows . Bathrooms /showers all excellent . Our party of 6 would happily stay again.

Perhaps more seating to watch TV , but this is really not a complaint .

This is a beautiful home with equally beautiful views. Our host was very friendly and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Location-wise it was perfect, just on the outskirts of Gore. It was super peaceful and the night-sky was so clear.

Maybe the pillows could have been a bit firmer - but that's a personal choice. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Perfect location for what we needed. Shona and Brian are really lovely, and have created a beautiful property for home stays. Shona came to watch my daughter dancing the next day which was just lovely. Very clean, comfortable bed and private. Breakfast perfect! Highly recommend staying here we will be back.

I felt like home with such an amazing hospitality - there has always been a good advice on restaurants, places to visit or any question of mine. It was one of the best b&f I experianced during my travel years The location and the view has been outstanding and a perfect place to explore the region

Fantastic hosts with a lovely home, which is set on park like grounds, with a wonderful rural out look. We were treated to a beautiful cooked breakfast daily. The accommodation was very comfortable & warm. We would love to stay again, some time in the future. Thanks again Brian & Shona.

I was made to feel welcome and was able to relax throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing and the morning views would have been spectacular if the bed wasn't so comfortable. It was located half way between Gore town and Dolamore Park where I spent most of my stay.

It was close to town and very private. Shona & Brian are great hosts and make you feel at home from the time you arrive to the time you safely have to depart The rooms are great and we're perfect for a family of four, and we'll appointed. The home is cozy and warm all the time.

We couldn't stay longer

Wonderfully secluded spot above Gore. Very welcoming couple hosted us and made sure we knew where things were. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated with a truly awesome view from the huge French doors

This place had everything we required. Nothing to dislike.
