Very warm and comfortable room - and extremely comfortable bed. It was a shame I was only in residence for such a short time, although that was my doing of course. Thank you. P.S. The snow was an added bonus!!

As I arrived so late, I didn't get to meet you on arrival so I wasn't sure to do about breakfast. I helped myself to coffee and cereal and yoghurt etc but wouldn't have minded a couple of pieces of toast. Not to worry, what I had was good, and I'm sure if I'd have had more time, I'd have been well looked after.

Loved staying at The Reservation and will gladly stay again on my next trip! IMMACULATELY CLEAN! High quality bed and lovely linen! I stupidly left a charger behind and am going to send a self addressed courier bag down and that wasn’t a problem their end(and I know things like that are a nuisance!)! Look forward to returning…

Probably one bathroom for three bedrooms but I was aware and it wasn’t a problem in my case as only one couple to share it with…

Our room was very comfortable, the common lounge and kitchen is also very comfortable and well equiped. The breakfast is a bonus. The views are really lovely and a great bar-b-q area. We were only there for one night but could easily stay much longer. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like,

A good selection of continental cereals and spreads for toast. Tidy well presented rooms and surroundings.

It had said cooked breakfast was part of the B and B but was not offered. Could hear homeowners next door reasonably clearly so felt like we needed to stay in our room. Wasn't a problem as our room had a t.v and was comfy.

Everything was fabulous couldn’t rate this wee gem high enough! Tucked away in the top of gore it’s a perfect wee spot to relax and unwind! The facilities and the hosts were great and the breakfast was delish and just enough to start your day! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely immaculate prepared , spotlessly clean. Very impressive layout , lot of nice touches.very nice owner wanting to ensure that their quests had the best possible stay. Extremely good valued for money.

Nothing at all. It was perfect

Nice spacious feel. Friendly owners very helpful and responsive. Convenient from town. There is an EV charger installed by owners for guests. Bring your own charging cord. We were able to top up our car in a couple of hours. Overnight would give good charge for a longer journey.

We have stayed at The Reservation B & B several times now. Every time attention to detail is always there.

The hospitality was exceptional. The breakfast was devine. And Jack was well looked after with a special towel.

One of the nicest B& B's I've stayed at in NZ. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The gardens, orchard and animal enclosures are well maintained and lovelly to stroll around and take in the relaxed atmosphere. There's a bar and outside dining area which I'm sure is fantastic to sit out in during the summer and enjoy the location. We were leaving early so Jayne & Bruce made us up a breakfast sandwich for our travels. We were travelling with our puppy and they made us feel very welcome and were more than happy to accommodate our dog, he even got a breakfast treat too. Would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer than one night next time. Well done Jayne & Bruce on an excellent set up, your top reviews are deserved.

Everything, from the moment we walked up to the front door we were in love with the scenery of this property. You could tell it was well taken care of and full of the hosts love and hard work!!
