Location was great. It’s not in the center so it’s quiet & relaxing. Good for family or big groups. We were a big group & we were able to stay together in the unit. The apartments were clean.

It was hot in Queenstown when we arrived Dec 7th. Air conditioning would’ve been great. We couldn’t open the windows & doors for long because bugs would get into the apartment.

We had a minor problem at the start of our stay, which was quickly sorted by the manageress, who was very accommodating. The view was lovely, but as the apartment was on a hillside, there were 3 levels, which I hadn't realised.

There was no parking for the top apartments so had to park way down the hill and trudge all the way back after unloading gear. It didn't make for wanting to just pop into Queenstown to shop.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment, that feels very new. Although it isn't in central Queenstown (which is about a 10 minute drive away), it's situated in a great location on the other side of the lake (we went for a run along the lake one morning, and it was wonderful!). We just drove into central Queenstown, and it wasn't difficult getting parking there. The parking for the apartment is located under the nearby Hilton hotel - I've seen some people comment about this, but it wasn't an issue for us. You can pull your car up at the apartment building, unload your bags, and then go and park. I'd suggest getting an apartment with a view of the lake (if you aren't sure if the apartment you booked will have one, I recommend asking), as it makes a real difference to look out at that!

There was a spill in the lift, and it wasn't cleaned up during our stay. It wasn't a big issue, but I'm not sure that cleaners necessarily come through the common areas every day.

We loved the spacious apartment. It was perfect to be able to seperate our children for their naps etc and it was big enough for them to explore during our stay

I wish the park in front of our apartment was open and available for us to park in full time as we had kids to onload and offload. But it was handy to park in to do so was just annoying to move it to the car park

The views from this accomodation were fantastic. The apartment was really well suited for an overall view of Queenstown. It may not suit those who want to be where the action is but as an older couple allowed us time out from the activities within Queenstown. Two bedroom apartment for an older couple may be a bit of an overkill but gave us that home away from home feel.

The parking as previous reviews point out was down the hill under the Hilton and is part of their parking. Tthe walk up the hill for older ones could be a disadvantage for couples but the second day I opted to park on the side road above rather than park and walk up. That proved to be a much better choice. A lot of cars get parked on streets so don’t think a car being stolen would affect insurance claims. We haven’t had any problems with street parking so would recommend this approach rather than parking under one tree parking.

Parking was free, apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Heating worked well.

Lighting is dim above bar table. The shelf is not necessary to install there and covered the lights. Not enough details show in the booking.com. Such as the view, level of the apartment and etc.

Everything in the apartments we're exceptional! Amenities we're great and space is optimal! Would definitely love to book these flats again next time

Car parks are a little inconvenient, but given the space the village had, it's understandable it's just a shame we had to pay for parking for the time we we're there

Old property. Kitchen cooking vessels/ pans were missing except one only. That was pathetic as we were 8 family members with 2 kids. Too many mosquitoes or bugs inside in the very first day itself. Unable to use the tv lounge throughout the stay due too many mosquitoes. Dinning table needed a replacement.

Easy to find with great instructions, rooms small but clean and very comfortable. Good views over Frankton end of lake.

Noisy neighbours below, and no air conditioning.

Location for access to the Remarkables was great. Beautiful view of the lake and very quiet. The restaurant/bar and coffee shop at the Hilton were a highlight.

There was no parking at our villa, so it was a bit inconvenient to have to walk to park our car.
