Lovely spacious and comfortable townhouse with an amazing view over Queenstown and the mountains. There was good heating, a nice balcony, comfy couches and a very functional kitchen. Reception was helpful when we needed a couple of top ups for supplies and some help with the wifi. The beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again.

The hill up to the accommodation is short but very steep, which I had expected but was still a bit surprised how steep it was. For me it was good exercise, but just something to be mindful of if you have mobility difficulties. You can take a much longer route that had a more gradual slope if needed.

The views The space The excellent kitchen space and utensils provided Washing machine and dryer. The useful folding laundry line so that wooden or delicate clothing didn’t need to be placed in the drier. After hours check in worked well for us .

The only criticism was that on our last day we needed to catch a bus out to the airport and then drive back to pick up our luggage in our hire car because we could not safely walk or roll our luggage down the steep incline to the bus stop. However the daily views and proximity to downtown Queenstown compensated for this ! We are reasonably fit 60+ year olds but that steep incline might not work well for older / or less fit people.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, and the location is excellent, conveniently close to the main area of Queenstown. However, be prepared for a bit of a hike, as the apartment is a 5 to 10-minute walk uphill from the town center.

This apartment spans three stories, with the living room and kitchen located on the third floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. Since we traveled light, carrying our luggage to the second floor wasn’t an issue. The kitchen is basic, so if you plan to cook, you’ll need to purchase your own condiments, as they are not provided. However, coffee and tea are available in the apartment.

This property had everything we needed, close to the centre of town and all for a reasonable price. Lovely views from the living area. Kitchen was well equipped. Living area felt spacious. Great storage in wardrobes. Bonus to have laundry facilities in the unit and under cover parking by the front door. Bit of a trick to the heating, but once we sorted that out we found the property could be kept to a comfortable temperature in cold weather.

Lots of pillows available but all the same and all too soft. Beds were ok, but not really comfortable. Hot water cylinder not large so ran out of water a few times (we aren’t use to that with gas at home).

Properties are clean and neat and incredibly well located — 2-3 minutes walk to the centre of town, great proximity to good coffee, groceries and more. Views spectacular! Absolutely breath-taking. To be so close to town + to be high enough to have good views = a winner in Queenstown. With no aircon, the living space did get very hot on warm days but there were fans and windows did allow for breeze. BBQ and deck areas are shared and generous. Kitchen is clean. Pantry items (eg salt, pepper, gladwrap, oil, sauce, etc.) are not provided. Bathroom and bedrooms clean and functional. The ability to get fresh towels every day was great. Staff were utterly lovely in all interactions. Super professional and kind! You pay a premium here for the location and it’s worth every cent. Highly recommend Turner Townhouses. We will be back!

The views!! Wake up to snow-capped peaks beconning adventure. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfectly appointed with heaters in the bathroom, bedroom, and lounge room. Location is central and walking distance to everything. YES EVERYTHING!! After you fill your bellies and ready to lay down your head, take a moment, breathe in the million dollar views of the city lights below, as you slowly close your blinds and call it a day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering shopping bags and umbrellas for those: oops, I forgot my moments. Yes we will be coming back again.

Nothing at all. Now keep in mind ,to get the views, you are on a hill. So, if physically challenged, then a taxi/ uber is just a finger tap away.

Location is amazing, it's a quick walk down into town. Based on reading reviews I thought it must have been a steep walk all the way down to the lake, but it's not, it's just Turner St that is very steep but it's only like 100m long. I stayed in apartment 6A which is a top floor one bedroom apartment. The views were amazing and the room was very comfortable and had everything I could possibly have needed. Parking was easy.

The bathroom was a little bit odd - you can't adjust the pressure in the shower, only the temperature, and there's a door next to the toilet that opens out onto the communal walkway? Obviously I just kept that closed and locked! 😂 There's a skylight in the bedroom so if you enjoy a sleep in, you might want to ask for the lower apartment.

Everything is great about Turner Heights. The apartment, views, location, staff. We stayed with our 4YO, and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped to cook if we wanted, but so close to restaurants if we didn't. The cost was affordable, and the service and communication were faultless. The apartment was spacious and roomy, clean, and very quiet, which was amazing considering how close we were to the main streets of Queenstown. We have already booked our next stay.

Everything about it was excellent - great location and friendly staff, the facilities were lovely and the location was awesome and very convenient to be able to walk everywhere around the city without struggling to find a park. Was very private and lovely

One thing I would say - it's at the top of a very very steep street - if you have elderly people or young kids I would reccomend finding somewhere else to stay, only because it is a very very tiring hill to walk up and down and would be a struggle for those who aren't at their fittest.

Very handy to the town centre and fabulous view from the upper level living room. We loved to watch the lake and snow mountain view from the window and count the Gondolas up and down :) Great kitchen facilities, lovely staff and affordable prices in Queenstown!!! Thanks to the staff who allowed us to park our car in the motel after checking out so that we could enjoy the parasailing with my family.

Everything was good. The only thing was the cryptosporidium outbreak in Queenstown that made it a bit difficult to cook and drink but did not affect our wonderful stay here.
