Lovely views, everything supplied down to coffee pods, bottled water for the kettle. Id normally expect to wash out my own crockery after breakfast however it was all whisked away while I was in the shower. Bowl of fruit, Vogel, and a good selection of cereals, plus yogurt etc. I certainly didn't starve. Bed was so comfy and everything was so clean. My plan was to see a little of the town after my meeting but the accommodation was so pleasant I couldn't be bothered to leave it. So I just relaxed. One of the nicest places I've been

My only disappointment was there was only one vegemite! But there was so much of everything else I wasnt too put out!

The breakfast was very generous seen we only stayed fir one night. 3 different Cereals, 4 tubs of fruit, 4 pottles of yoghurt, milk, 8 slices of bread for toast, butter & spreads, orange juice & a bowl of fresh fruit & bottled water. The location was great.The view was lovely. Spacious bathroom with a spa bath, separate bedroom & nice lounge & dining area.

There was nothing that I disliked, it was a lovely place to stay. I suppose if I had to say anything it would be that there wasn't a kitchenette so I had to go into the bathroom to wash my hands but that's neither here nor there.

The apartment was amazing, great views from the rooms. There was a decent sized bedroom with ample wardrobe space and the best bathroom we had during our time in New Zealand. Very comfy chairs in the large lounge and a decent sized tv, although the views were so good we didn't use that. Secure underground parking was a bonus too.

Only thing we could fault that the fridge was a little noisy and it spoils the wonderful ambience of a relaxing lounge with a fantastic view.

Top of The Town exceeded our expectations in every respect. Outstanding accommodation with a beautiful view. Large sitting room, very comfortable king size bed, beautiful bathroom with large shower and big spa bath. Excellent generous breakfast supplied. Highly recommended. It was an amazing place, in near proximity to main shopping areas with lots of excellent eateries in walking distance. The fantastic hosts are so welcoming, providing such amazing little touches that make it feel so special.

Nothing - it was perfect

A very comfortable, spacious and well appointed BnB. The bed was luxurious, nice view from this penthouse level apartment and a great selection of continental style breakfast foods and drinks. The bathroom is very spacious and includes a spa bath if so inclined.

The property is superb, there is some construction works in the area which slightly complicates getting in and out but not a big issue,

As a first timer using a bnb accomadation. The host.jenny has a well setup facility. The location is close to all eateries and shopping. Also has underground parking. The views from the 10th floor are great.but best of all is the cleanliness of the whole facility. A die for bathroom with a spa bath.very comfortable bed.and the breakfast was very plentiful. I would recommend this to anyone on a short break.both the wife and i wil be back.its an easy 10/10.cheers john n diane.

Plenty of room, great views and Leo was a fabulous host. With a large seperate bedroom and living area, and a very generous bathroom you were not wanting. The will proportioned continental breakfast, and a chocolate left on your pillow went down extremely will

Two little things, you could not change the TV in the bedroom unless you got out of the bed to do so, and there is a temporary separation between the three living areas and the door to the Owners apartment (you will understand if you stay there). but these two little things do not stop me giving the place a 5/5 or staying here if we are in this part of the world again.

Was immediately met by host and shown to parking which I think they may have paid for as our van wouldn't fit in the basement park due to being over height. The apartment was awesome with outstanding views and had everything we needed including a very generous amount of breakfast etc. Great spa bath and big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location easy walking distance to eats, etc. My wife loved the shower!

I like that it was so warm and clean. I would just add a bit of scent. But it might not be for everyone. It was nice and cosy. I was going out, but the host offered me a glass of wine anyway. I think it was very welcoming. Very friendly and patient if you don't know something they will explain. They spend their time waiting for you, which is preciseless since every min counts when you travel. I loved lots of fruits and bread butter and variety of spreads for breakie. Lots of food you can choose for breakfast.

I didn't like that the spa did not work. And I thought that the dust mice were in bed as I am always sensitive to it... It was probably not used for a while and they didn't air it. In Tauranga or in NZ it's very humid, so lots of houses have the same problem. It's just the climate.

The hosts were incredibly gracious and had catered to any event. They greeted us but then left us to our own devices. So clean and well appointed. Odd layout but didn't detract from a lively stay. The bed is a dream to sleep on, so close to town, if attending baycourt arts centre, it's literally a 30 second walk. Could speak highly enough.
