The size of the unit was much bigger than expected & we were very pleased with all the facilities. The storage space & chairs & tables were all useful for a 3 night stay & staff provided the support we needed. We would have stayed for 4 nights had there been a vacancy available.

The wall heater was plugged in & the standby light on when we arrived. We spent some time trying to get it working based on the instructions provided without success. Only when we enquired the next morning were we told that the wall heaters were not working. Other electric heaters were provided & heated the room well.

I had a great stay at the Best Western Wellington. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making sure I felt well taken care of. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops and dining options. Overall, it offered great value and a pleasant experience.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Everything was well-maintained.

The location is great, with supermarket and plenty of food outlets in easy walking distance. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and it is obvious management and staff take pride in the cleanliness and presentation the hotel. Management and staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Ideal for anyone needing acommodation near Bowen Hospital. Highly recommend.

We booked the disabled room and it was perfect for my wife and I. The room was very quiet which was amazing as the motel is right next to the motorway. We had the cooked breakfast on the first morning. It was served in our room and proved to be exactly what we wanted and piping hot. We will definitely stay here again.

We really could not fault anything.

The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the magazines to read and everything was very well maintained. I also liked the handy parking and convenient location. There was hardly any noise from outside the unit.

The shower over the bath was difficult to access and having a fixed shower head made it harder to operate efficiently. Also the fridge was very noisy and kept me awake at night.

Chairs in the room could be more comfortable Next to main road for some rooms. Not too noisy for us with windows closed but could be a problem in the summer

We arrived VERY late dye to Ferry cancelations and Best Western Johnsonville just took it in their stride. We arrived very late to fine they had put the heater on in our room making it sooo welcoming. Thankyou sooo much for an awesome stay.

The location is brilliant if you are needing to be in Johnsonville. Very easy access and good parking underneath the complex. The room size is great too, especially if you are staying for a longer period of time.

The hosts were Amazing! So helpful and accomodating.

Unfortunately there were children running and playing in the corridor. It was a rainy day and so we made exception for this... But it lasted well into the night. The doors of their room kept being shut and opened... it was next door to us and it was loud. I asked the to please stop (2 kids with icecreams at 9:30pm)... It continued. We had to be up at 3:30 am for a 5:15 am check in for the Picton car ferry...

The French front desk check in lady was very friendly and helpful, much appreciated. Nice spacious apartment, close to amenities, Cafe just down stairs for breakfast was very convenient, also the fish and chips just out side at the takeaways for dinner was awesome! Loved the stay thanks.
