This hotel is super secure and clean. The staff are amazing. Customer service was superb. More like they were trained by Americans. I got exactly the same service I’d get in the US and it was unbelievable. Staff went above and beyond to decorate my room for my anniversary despite short notice. The front desk team were amazing. Both night crew and morning crew. Breakfast is great. Being in this hotel felt like I was home in the US and I felt so secure. I will definitely be staying here anytime I visit Lagos

* very convenient location close to the airport though it’s probably a little too far to walk over uneven surfaces with luggage * room was spacious and quiet with extremely comfortable beds * Molton Brown toiletries * very pleasant restaurant * helpful staff

* given that it’s a 5 star hotel and the location, it’s still expensive by Lagos standards * even the cost of having a hotel driver to take us to the airport was not cheap

My room was super clean and comfortable. I liked how I couldn't hear the cleaning staff wandering around in the morning, which is usually a problem for me in other hotels. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I also enjoyed the view from my room. Overall, my stay was a nice little escape from the bustling streets of Lagos.

I ordered for a steak which I had to send back twice. However, the restaurant manager on the floor handled the situation quite well, and thankfully, it did not ruin my stay at the hotel. Another thing that would be fantastic is if Netflix, YouTube, and other similar services could be available for viewing in the rooms. The TV channel selection was mediocre.

Well presented, polite, courteous and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room, bathroom and other facilities. Surprisingly quiet, considering it's proximity to the airport. Great location, less than 10 minutes taxi drive from the airport

Its a high quality hotel however it was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that cost as much as it did where breakfast wasn't included, not ideal.

The food was very good, the hotel staff was excellent. The hotel itself was very close to the airport but a bit far from Lagos per say. The outside taxi service though was not expensive so was not that bad.

The last couple of night there they were doing construction work in the next room next to ours so inside our room was so noisy that we couldn't even hear the TV playing. That was the only part of the stay that was not enjoyable. Also, their hotel taxi service was 3 times higher then outside taxi service so was not pleased with that. You pay a lot for the hotel room so to me they could charge less for their taxi service.

The staff were very welcoming, They went beyond to make our stay very good. Everyone even the kitchen staff. They all deserve medals. Thanks to all the staff on duty.

There's nothing to dislike. We had a great time in your hotel. We hope to come back whenever we are in Nigeria.

There is nothing to dislike.

Very clean and great ambiance.

Just one restaurant catering for both guests and non guest. I missed lunch because the restaurant was filled up and a rude staff asked me to wait around the side to have my lunch.

The customer service was extremely warm, friendly and efficient. I was awarded an upgrade at no extra cost. The room was exquisite and very comfortable.

The rates are a bit expensive. The steam room next to the pool was not operational during my stay and there was little guidance on how to operate it.
