very lovely property. nice pool and gym. lovely dining experience and nice atmosphere

our room didn’t have a great view just outside hotel roof and next door construction but it’s okay.

Very clean and quiet. Looks quit international

A few persons in the front office were either tired or not able to provide me with the best customer service. Somewhat harsh and in a hurry. Not really willing and ready to help . I needed an extension of check out time to 3pm. I was charged 50% rate without any concession or consideration or discounts.

The hospitality was beyond exceptional and the rooms were very nice clean and neat Hotel staff was very nice and friendly as well, I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for anyone traveling from the United States just like i did that's looking for a nice place to rest up. I will definitely be returning back to this hotel indefinite.

Some of the food tasted like it had freezer burn especially the chicken in the egusi soup it tasted old but over all everything else was good.

Location was good, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good gym and gym assistant. Bar was good and restaurant food also

Room carpet and hallway needs replacing. Some leakage in the roof of the gym

Security was good, food excellent and the maître d' was outstanding. The drivers did not know how to use google maps - so arrange for your own drivers. Reception were excellent. Housekeeping and laundry - first class service

Drivers - were unable to use googlemaps - for the business community this is not acceptable

the location and staff.

the amenities are a bit old. the Aircon is often too loud. the prices of food and drink are way too much for what is being offered. there should be more free amenities in the bathroom eg toothbrushes, toothpaste, new irons etc.

The staff were attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect. The view of Ikoyi from the 6th floor wss great. They did my ironing perfectly. Check in and the check out was great. I would definitely like to stay there again and I'd recommend the hotel to my friends.

The pool is overlooked by the dining room. It would have been great if it was located behind the hotel.

The location was really good and in close proximity to key areas in the city. I loved the breakfast buffet - delicious with variety. The room was also nice, especially the bed and pillows (feathers). I especially found the staff to be very amiable and loved chatting with them. The hotel was generally clean, with ample parking space and serene for the quiet time I needed.

Room cleaning often took a while. Rooms weren't always vacuumed and I often had to ask for that to be done. I'm not a swimmer, but some may find the shallow pool annoying. And please, have a spa. That was the only thing missing from my stay.

The restaurant and staff are the best

Everything was spot on as it should be, maybe HD channels on TV and less power switching as the power went out a lot and wasn't a seamless switch

Staff were very courteous and professional in approach. The breakfast was nice, and the location of the hotel was spot on. Value for money!

The hotel is a bit dated, but consistent with the age of the building.
