The place could be so much nicer if they would put an effort into cleaning the porch, the common kitchen and kitchen equipment. Had to buy my own bowl, cup and utensils for the week. The hotel doesn’t offer any kind of dining/drinking, so a car will be required to get to the nearest restaurants and supermarket.

I stayed there for one night, when traveling alone. Due to my tour schedule, I had to request some issues related to check in, and the Owner generously accepted that. It was such an amazing experience staying at Saipan Skyline Designers. Staffs were all kind. Furthermore, the window view with Pau Pau Beach and the jungle insight at once was such an amazing.

As the hotel is located little bit deep in San Roque village, you may need an car to get to the hotel. Except that, there were nothing that I didn't like.

Had a great stay. The staff went above and beyond to drive me to my next location after staying with them. I was very satisfied with their customer service and care. I got a great picture of the ocean sunset from my window before leaving the hotel

The hotel is clean, with a contemporary design, with beautiful views of the water and Managaha and in a quiet neighborhood. The proprietor was courteous and accommodating. Great value for the price.

Nothing. Everything was great. It is a bit off the beaten path, so you definitely need a car to get anywhere (beach, grocery store, restaurants). I had a car so that was not an issue for me.

The location is perfect because of the view of the sunsets and mountains. The host is very informative and helpful. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Will definitely come back next time we're in Saipan 🙂

Beautiful scenery from a hill. Good location to travel around the island. Very calm. Great service from the owner. Many trip activities to do on the island.

The entrance road is a bit tricky .

Very good for price price, very nice room with hot water and nice view. Bed is comfortable with good blanket and pillows.

The mini fridge wasn't getting very cold. Also tv had problem playing movie when connected to phone. Would be good to offer guests two cards, incase they leave the room and want drinks in fridge to stay cold or aircon to be on.

The room and view was better than I could hope. The design was sleek and modern and the accommodations were up to par with what you'd expect from any mainstream hotel! Our host, Chris was kind and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from downtown and most places to eat but Saipan is small and with a car, Skyline is easily worth the drive. It's also close by to the north side of the island where you'll find the best sightseeing locations.

The mini fridge wasn't cold but we didn't really need it and I'm sure Chris would've helped out if we had asked! Also the TV apps were all in Chinese so I couldn't figure it out but the wi-fi worked great, so I would recommend bringing an HDMI with your laptop if you want to watch on their TV!

I arrived much earlier than expected. The owner accepted my early check-in request and i got it free of charge. Hotel is quite far from everything but that makes it very special. I loved it there!
