Breakfast was brilliant - really good quality food and loads of options. Lovely staff - very helpful and welcoming. It was very close to the airport which was useful as decreased the travel stress. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great shower and very comfy bed, was also nice to have a fridge and sink. I also liked the design of the room - very classy.

There were a lot of children running around but that is not the hotel's fault. The gym says over 16 year olds only however a child kept coming in and disturbing us, and would not leave. Took around 15/20 mins to drive into Bergen city but that it not the Hotel/s fault - it was useful being near airport.

Very nice hotel close to the light rail train station and only one stop to the airport. Nice arrangement of hotel room to provide mini kitchen including refrigerator and microwave hidden in a cupboard. Nice desk that doubled as a table with two seats. They have a parking lot which is free but we were taking the train to the airport. Staff was very accommodating to change rooms for us when we requested due to the elevator. Breakfast included which is very nice since we were off to the airport early.

There is nothing in this area except another hotel so you need to have dinner before you arrive.

Modern, comfortable hotel, near Bergen airport, with excellent facilities and an amazing Scandinavian breakfast, which was served from 6am for the benefit of early travellers. There were facilities for microwaving your own food, along with a kettle, fridge, sink and proper crockery and cutlery, in the room….which was very useful and a gym, if we had time to use it! We would definitely stay here again.

Some coffee, tea etc. available in the room would have been appreciated - although a good selection was available in the downstairs area for no charge. It would be useful to be given precise instructions for arriving via the light rail from Bergen Centre. We got off at Kokstad and had a long walk in pouring rain with our bags….the next station would have been much closer.

This was one of our favourite hotels on our trip, but perhaps unique to our holiday plan. We arrived by car ferry in Bergen in the morning, visited the harbour area, then took a drive into the countryside, arriving at this suburban hotel in the evening. The location was convenient for heading South along the coastal road towards Stavanger in the morning. By car, it is located only 15 minutes to the centre, but 45 minutes by transit. Our room was thoughtfully designed, with a real table and chairs for a light dinner in the room. The hotel also offers a reasonably priced evening buffet and breakfast choices were extensive. Friendly service and excellent parking too.

Absolutely incredible breakfast! Anything you could ever imagine and all was fresh and tasted amazing! Games in reception area, nice little chill out area with free coffee, great location, just two stops from the airport on the light train and then a short walk (5mins) to the hotel. 45min train journey to the centre but a really cheap train journey. Room could have been cleaner, there was still a bag of rubbish left in a cupboard from the last people and bathroom needed attention. No coffees or tea or biscuits, no toiletries. Staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information on the hotel or helpful getting over to the train station etc, luckily some lovely locals helped when we was outside of the hotel. Spa area was very questionable! Smelt a bit gross and was just really random! Think money spent on this hotel was all concentrated in the main reception area/breakfast room which left other areas lacking!

Close to the airport, pretty standard/spacious-enough room. Breakfast was ample and nice. Parking was easy (unlike some other areas in Bergen. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were initially given a room that had not been cleaned (it was a mistake in their system) so that was a little surprising, but they gave us a different room that was nicely cleaned and the rest was fine. We did laundry but there was only one washer and one dryer and the settings were hard to understand even with English translations (the cotton washer cycle was for 3 hours!), so that took longer than expected. Just know that “laundry” doesn’t mean there are multiple machines so they may be full and you’ll have to wait.

Maybe best breakfast in this type of hotels. Really good! And it's a lot to see nearby: you can walk to Sandslivegen tram stop, just walk alongisde the tram. When you'll see the bridge over a small canyon (300 meters before the Sandslivegen stop) - just walk down, and then you can go to a lake Skranevatnet. After that you can walk to Sementbroen bus stop, you'll see the Sea and nice houses. There's a MENY Dolviken store in your way, come in to buy some fresh and tasty meals:) And you can take the bus on the way back!)

Hotel was spacious, neat and clean. Breakfast was very good - lots of variety and food constantly replenished (although disappointed there were no waffles!). Hotel is near light rail so easy to get into Bergen city centre and also to the airport.

The room was very hot and we couldn't cool it. We were on the ground floor so couldn't leave the window open as people walked by. As the room was on the ground floor, the window was frosted so hid the view of the people and car park but meant we couldn't see out.

- Proximity to the airport. It was a couple of stops away using the Bergen Light Rail. (download Skyss App) - Hotel was 3 mins walk away to the bus stop & 5 mins walk away from the Light Rail station. - Excellent connectivity, and frequency of public transport - Breakfast was excellent, an amazing variety of food - the freshly-baked break and pastries were the best! - Hotel was clean, and aesthetically pleasing. - Staff spoke good English (as did the rest of Bergen!) so communication wasn't a problem.

- There were smells from the bathroom (apparently due to lack of use during Covid) so we were given a different room, which was much better and didn't smell as much. - Room decor could be improved. Carpets were old and looked like they needed an uplift. - Nothing apart from this. No complaints for what I had paid.

Games, free coffee, spa, and location. Really great! Also receptionists or waiters we’re all fantastic. Also breakfast soooo many options!!! And all that for an affordable and low price compared to other hotels in Bergen/Norway.

One intern at breakfast seemed a bit demotivated- also housekeeping entered our room at 7:20 in the morning on departure day… naja. More vegan dining options would also be great but at breakfast they were definitely there!
