Free parking places, reception with nice staff, beautiful paintings on the walls, elevator. Cozy room with painting on the wall, comfortable double bed, towels, private bathroom. Everything perfectly clean and tidy. Very nice room! Very nice hotel!

Absolutely nothing, everything was amazing, price was ok, not needed paying in advance, check in late night. Smaller room, without hairdryer and kettle but very nice idea of accommodation for a good price. Thumb up! The price absolutely meets the service! :) Thank you for staying!

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. This hotel gives you a lot of value for the money: a comfortable bed, a desk, hot water, free coffee and a microwave (which can be found in the lobby). Although it's quite far away from Stavanger city center, it's really easy taking the bus to get to the hotel. The hotel is a short 5 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop.

There was no outlet by the bed in the room with a double bed. There was three outlets in the room but they were all placed on the other side of the room (behind the desk, so I had to crawl underneath it in order to plug in my chargers).

Pre-paid order of room and breakfast. But we were surprised by the hidden fee for breakfast. Very nice receptionist at checkin and during stay, but not at all at checkout! Breakfast pretty good, but wasn’t included or was it? Confusion in reception and we felt tricked at checkout! The receptionist at checkout was maybe new or a temp since she was a bit unprofessional? At checkin the other nice one said I had to pay extra for breakfast so I did. But at checkout the receptionist said there was a double record of breakfast at our invoice. I asked if there was a misunderstanding about the breakfast and if we had paid too much? She said no and I almost bought but felt wired and asked for the receipt. She then did a lot of corrections on the screen but the strange thing that made me suspicious was all the corrections at the bank terminal too! I finally got the receipt and now I have to check if I have paid too much!

Very nice receptionist at checkin and during stay, but not at all at checkout! Breakfast pretty good. Beds very soft, but air conditioning or ventilation not as good so turned down the thermostat before bedtime and opened the window. Slept well until the noice from the traffic outside woke us up between 5 and 6 am.

It can get a bit noisy at times, especially on the first floor close to the lobby as you can really hear it when people talk in the hallway and when doors are being closed (they are a little heavy and tend to slam shut).

Clean and comfortable. Polite staff. Great parking facilities. Convenient location for Stavanger airport. Short walk to bus stops. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if convenient - rooms exactly as pictured.

Bit far from city centre. Very small rooms - guests with more luggage would struggle. Only able to access one side of double bed.

I liked the 24/7 reception desk, access to tea/coffe and small snacks at any time, even if I did not pay for breakfast. I like that it was quite there.

Three out of four times of the towel changing, I got dirty towels once they are white,one can see different smaller or bigger stains. Once on the big towel there was a really big stain smelling like beer. I was disappointed for that and allowed myself to take clean towel from the shelf "for stuff ony

Area not the most visually appealing, a little industrial, although this wasn't a problem as I spent most of my time in Stavanger which was a 20/ 30 minute bus ride away so still very convenient

Helpful staff at the reception, good value for money. There's also a shopping mall right next to the hotel with some restaurants.

Parking is complicated, they should improve directions to the garage when the yard is full. Also the rooms have very little soundproofing, you'll wake up to the cleaners vacuuming other rooms and hallways at 8am.

Good location for working nearby, very straightforward check in and check out. Perfectly functional hotel with comfortable beds. Stayed here plenty of times and works well for work visits near by.

Breakfast area could have been kept a little cleaner this time with some more frequent clearing and wiping of tables. Wifi was a little periodic and dropped out occasionally in my room at the end of the hotel, and chatting could be heard in the corridor from the rooms.

Super friendly staff, free coffee and tea all day in the dining area, brand-new looking and clean interior, comfortable bed. The rooms are small, but it's their concept and it is perfect for a short stay. The price is very good for the level of comfort. Would check this hotel out in other cities too.
