The room is incredibly spacious and well designed. We really appreciated the position in front of the port since we arrived late at night by Hurtigruten (fjord ship). The room is just above the two available restaurants of the area. In winter, however, after a certain hour in the evening, kitchen might be already closed, so make sure to have some food with you. The room has the facilities to cook your own food, very convenient.

It would be helpful to have a parking spot somewhere near the apartment. It would be also important having a vending machine or if the restaurant could still sell you some food to cook in the apartment in case you don't have food with you.

The location of apartment was great! It has a nice view. Supposed to have free upgrade of room but didn't happen (not a big issue). The view from the living room is quite nice too. Easy access into the apartment. Each of the room comes with an attached bathroom which was quite convenient. Basic kitchen ware for cooking. There are no staff at the apartment reception; we had to approached the restaurant staff for assistance.

Cleanliness to be improved.

It was really spacious and comfortable for four. The location was also very central, with restaurants downstairs and supermarkets nearby. The views were superb as well.

The lack of concierge/front desk staff at the hotel makes it difficult to get any assistance if required. The light in our kitchen wasn’t working and there was no one around to assist. We called the staff on the hotline and was promised that someone would come by to fix the light the next morning, but no one came by. We had to make do with cooking in semi darkness.

What a great location looking over the harbour where we could watch the cruises come and go. The lounge and reclining chairs super comfortable. The kitchen enabled us to self-cater, although a microwave oven would be handy. Check in was easy, and a code supplied for the elevator and door. Comfy beds and lovely bedlinen. No parking available, but plenty on the street for no charge only a block away. Easy walking distance to numerous supermarkets and shops. We had dinner downstairs in the restaurant - lovely food and good service.

As with all of Norway and Finland, no fly screens make it tricky to enable air flow without letting in the mosquitos. No furniture to sit on the deck beside the main bedroom.

The apartment was amazing. The big windows offer a great view that you cannot get bored of. It also had a balcony. It was very comfortable and definitely exceeded our expectations. Clean, cozy and warm. We had some coffee and the bathrooms were stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It is close to some restaurants, pubs and gift shops. Even though they do not offer parking, there are public paid parking in the area which was convinient for us.

Spacious. Location superb, right at the harbour. Event booking right on the doorstep, as well as many shops.

Promised "available parking" turned out to be (paid) street parking. Promised EV charging station also turned out to be public facilities, the nearest ones actually out of commision due to roadworks. No laundry facilities.

The sea wiew suite was outstanding, waking up and seeing a completely another world out of the window, right in the heart of Lofoten

In the room where we stayed 3100 there was no bright light, all the lights we're very dim and dark, the window in one of the bedrooms was cracked but not broken, and some minor door handle issues to go ti the bedroom, we aswell had a bathtub and i like to take cold plunges (baths) when i filled the water it was yellowish, not transparent how it usually is, probably the pipes are rusty and old.

A little expensive but ultra modern, so guess it is the going rate A few kitchen basics would have been welcome ie: tea/coffee, milk

I loved how spacious the apartment was! Such a great view of the sea and the mountains! Very central too. Easy check in,a very comfortable bed and great breakfast. I enjoyed staying here so much that I decided to come back again for my last day of the trip.

The only thing I can think of is very dirty windows(lots of bird poop too). I understand it’s hard to clean the windows from the outside, but at least you can clean the ones from a balcony.

The suite is very big and nice. you have lot of space it is very warm and the view was ok too.

The breakfast provided is definitively not to what we paid for (raw egg, no milk, no sweet from the bakery, no sugar nor tea). it was not matching the description and we got a small package in the fridge. the staff is nice but does not seem to know the facilities around or what is sold to the customer. similarly for the underground parking you need to pay and extra 300 NOK. This js extortion.
