The facilities and location were fantastic. The ski room was very conveniently located almost on the slopes. Lockers linked to our room keys were provided. The lounge area of the hotel was cosy with a fire. The spa facilities were fantastic with indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzis as well as two steam rooms and saunas.
The spa was an additional cost and needed to be pre-booked. We arrived at 3pm hoping to swim and were told it was full for the rest of the day (though eventually they said we could be squeezed in if we went straight away which was good). This wasn’t at all evident when booking the hotel. Similarly, the buffet dinner was bookable and was full. We hadn’t thought to pre-book our meal and swimming before leaving home.

We had a great week here staying in an apartment. So convenient for the ski slopes - everything actually was really easy to access. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the staff in the ski shop my son has very "funny" feet but they managed to sort him out with some boots. The spa was a real treat and we enjoyed it so much especially the outdoor hot tub. We had a car so were able to get to the supermarket - some things were expensive but most items were quite reasonable not much more that in France or the UK!! We bought some duty free and drank that Alcohol is Expensive so stock up on the way over if you like a drink. Enough here to do for a week - we stopped off at the Mountain King Husky Sledding on the way back which was fantastic. We would definitely come back here

The spa was excellent. We stayed right at the end of the season and the ski resort was super quiet. Great snow and almost empty slopes. The ski in ski out at the hotel was great and the ski facilities such as lockers were brilliant. The hire shop at the hotel was very handy and easy to use. Staff were friendly. Parking was very good with indoor secure parking. We stayed for 2 separate weekends and so had a different room each time. Both were nice but the second one was a superior room with Mountain View and that was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and there was so much choice! We only had short queues for the hot food and there was continual replenishment of the food. All the staff were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bar area was comfortable and cosy. We ate in the Asian restaurant on one evening, choosing the set menu, which was delicious and a varied menu. It was a little on the expensive side.
The room decor was a little bit tatty, looked like it could do with a bit of redecoration. The dinner was fully booked on the first night, so we had to find an alternative (Stabben - which was actually really nice.) The food and drinks are pretty expensive.

Knowing eating out in Norway is pricey we booked a small apartment in this hotel complex. It was a great set up and unlike a separate apartment we got to use the hotel facilities including a very nice pool and spa area with outdoor hot tubs, steam rooms etc. We did have to pay extra to use these facilities but still great. Staff were all friendly and helpful and ski hire etc is on site and you can ski out on to piste which is very handy. The whole thing is set up very well for beginner and intermediate skiing
It wasn’t cheap so I didn’t expect to pay extra to use hotel pool

We had such a lovely stay, the hotel is very relaxed and friendly, the staff were all wonderful. The ski lifts are just outside, and there is a ski rental shop at the hotel, too, where the staff were also really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the whole place is very understated and relaxing. We'd love to come back!
It was all great!

The location is great. Many ski tracks and lifts with different levels of track difficulties. Quiet. Nice atmosphere and good service. Very good breakfasts.
If you don't pay for dinners in advance, at the place you might not be able to do so. Theoretically, there are restaurants nearby, but... their offer is poor - meaning burgers, pizza, salads etc.. So the buffet is a must if you plan to stay longer than 2 nights. Another thing is that besides skiing/snowboarding, there is not much to do there.

Everything really - all was really good. Great apartment, clean facilities, very nice breakfast buffet and friendly and service minded staff. Recommendable from all perspectives.
Ski resort is best for family trips. Not suited for advanced skiers. Lifts are not fully up to European standards - not enough chair- and cabin lifts. But resort works well for families, although the Ski School was disappointing - they need to improve.

Great location right by the slopes. Our flat was spacious and quiet. Tried the pool/spa which was surprisingly nice with saunas with different level of heat, indoor and outdoor pool and the best of all, hot tubs outside in the cold with warm water.
It is getting really expensive to stay here. Both the hotel and the skiing. From this year you also have to pay for indoor parking. This was free earlier years. Ski holidays are not for everybody anymore.

All the facilities where fantastic hotel staff couldn't do enough and location was so beautiful and very excellent access to the slopes definitely would visit again.
The ledge around the edge of path to enter all of the access points to the hotel need to be address as it is very icey and slippery once on path its fine once on piste fine just the snow ledge .
