The staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and any issues we encountered were resolved quickly. The hotel offers a pool as well as gender-separate fitness rooms. However, I must mention that the women's fitness room could be a bit cleaner and would benefit from more strength equipment. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, and one particular staff member, a lady with a black bun, was especially polite and attentive, checking in with us from time to time to see if we needed anything. The hotel also has other lovely amenities, such as a prayer room, a spacious lobby, and a café. Its location is ideal, with restaurants and shopping centers just a 3–4 minute walk away. We sincerely thank the hotel for a pleasant stay and its warm hospitality

Efficient ,courteous, and very helpful staff. As I always stay there whenever I visit muscat, more or less the whole team knows me. They know my needs from breakfast choice to room cleanliness. Smiling front office staff ready to go a mile ahead to assist. Mr. Idris and Ms. Reshma is always ready to attend to my specific needs before I check in. I normally call them, and all is set for me at checkin. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HHH without even thinking for a minute. Stayed for 8 days this visit.

There is nothing specific to mention. However, I would like to see better room service menu items.

We stayed for 9 nights..and our stay was outstanding cause of friendly staff like Front desk Mansur, chefs Vijay , Raju and Rabani from housekeeping.. they were amazing and with amazing services.. unfortunately we couldn’t meet them during the time of check-out.. however I wish them all best .. keep doing amazing work…

Breakfast menu was quite boring.. everyday was same. The only changes I saw is that changing India menu but again only one option available. There was no option available for milk ( for lactose intolerance) no oat milk or no soya milk. it’s 4 star property. please add more options. ( people like to start a day with good breakfast )

Breakfast was good with huge sitting area. Hotel staff (Altamash, Muskan & Mansur) are very good with the guest and they're more than happy to assist you and always helping the guests to plan their trip for the day if you ask for their assistance. They're always polite and courteous and smiling.

1. We were 4 people staying in the room and only 2 complimentary water bottles were given per day. 2. I know the theme of the hotel is vintage however, should do something about ventilation in washroom. 3. Someone should be there to assist the guests when they arrive at the main door as i have to bring my own baggage inside and didn't know where to park my car. 4. Breakfast could have got different menu's everyday like South Indian or North Indian or Pakistani options. As there were limited live station food. 5. Same 2 fruits everyday (Water Melon & Musk Melon) could have got other fruits as well.

My family and I have spent 7 nights in the hotel (2adults+3kids). We had an exclusive suit which was very spacious. We had our room cleand every day and were provided with clean towels and bottled water each time. Special thanks go to Glory, Prasad and M. Asif who were always very helpful and we could rely on their advice. The all inclusive is in fact a full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Fruit juice is provided only during breakfast. Water is provided to each meal. The meals provided in the hotel restaurant were delicious. We have already booked our next stay in the hotel.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well presented. The pool was quiet and clean with fluffy towels provided for guests. There was a gym and a spa (although we didn't use these). The reception gave us a list of attractions with opening times, which was very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet. The air-conditioning worked well and the room had all the facilities we needed. The cafe had a free pool table and was relaxing to sit in. A friend came to join is and was able to have food in the restaurant with no problem and paid a fair price on leaving (we had all food included). The restaurant staff were helpful when helping me to select appropriate food (dairy intolerant) and also offered to make me other meals if there was little option in the buffet.

The shower could have been hotter. The hotel could have been more aware of food allergies and had more options available. One lift was out of order for our whole stay and a second one was out of order for the last few days leaving only one for the whole hotel. Luckily the hotel wasn't busy so it didn't cause an issue.

Highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The lobby had a nice atmosphere and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The food was also good. I could have eaten around the hotel, but I decided to have dinner at the hotel. Great hospitality. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness. I will definitely stay here again when I come.

The shower head in the room was a little broken. I think it would be better to fix it.

We loved this hotel! Staff were fantastic and very hospitable. The room was ideal for our 5-night stay: spacious and comfortable, which a kitchenette and sofa area. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty. The lobby was a pleasant area to recline and the bar had sports and a pool table. We chose the hotel for its location and were not disappointed. Right next to the main road, with abundant public transit. We were pleased at how quiet it was and had a very relaxing stay. Excellent value for money.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and we were impressed by the quality of the service and installations. As a minor observation, the WiFi access was a little messy but we already had a cheap local SIM.

The hotel rooms are big, the sheets are clean, and the room itself is decently clean. You have access to the gym, which is rather small, and the equipment is older looking, but it serves the purpose. The pool is nothing special, but for cooling off it does the job. The breakfast is very good. I liked it a lot. Though it is always the same so if you are staying longer you might want a change. You get towels, shampoo, soap, water, etc., and room cleaning every day. They also don't come early, so no worries to wake you up.

There is not exactly much around the hotel except rodes. There is a supermarket close, but for everything else, you will need a taxi or car. The hotel is close to the road so you will hear traffic but it is not too loud. The bathroom needs renovating, and I don't like when it is a bathtub instead of a shower.

Driving from one point to another in Muscat could takas you 1 hour (or hourS in case of traffic). I choise this due to closeness to suq (great mosquee is on the other side of town). Distance takes you 5 minutes by car, and it is easy to find free parking. Nothing notable is close to the hotel but, even there, there are free parking. Room for 3 people is big enough, wi-fi works and breakfast is full of choise (the same for the dinner).

It was been a pity dind’t have a bath in swimming pool. I think was out of order, despite, every day, they had said to us that “tomorrow you can use it”
