The room was very nice and well-appointed, with reasonable amenities and a comfortable layout that made our stay relaxing. Its location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views. The breakfast selection was Ok but not that fresh and reasonable diverse, catering somehow various tastes, while the pool area was clean, inviting, and a great spot to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The room and location

The chalet is brilliant and right in front of the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the Moroccan waiter Yaseen in the restaurant he is very polite and always greeting everyone with a smile on his face. Breakfast is varied and lots of choices.

Maybe more options for all inclusive snacks like ice cream, fruit and fresh juice instead of the unhealthy fizzy drinks and sugary chilled juices, especially for kids.

Excellent facilities, Sami is a great property manager. The rooms were great and since we were traveling with an infant we stayed in the hotel for the entire 4 nights, we didn’t step out even once..! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The housekeeping team is great too

The only downside was the food.. we booked the all inclusive package since we were with an infant and thought it would make our lives easier. Unfortunately, the catering leaves a lot to be desired. Buffet often ran out of food and the spread especially for a 5 star property wasn’t great. Also, it would be great to have standard soda like Coke/ Pepsi rather than other knock offs atleast as an option. We didn’t find the value for money in the all inclusive package. Credit to the property manager, Sami for acknowledging the issue and promising to work on it. We’ll be back, but might not take the all inclusive package

The staff was very friendly and helpful and did everything they possibly could to make us comfortable. The management made our stay veey special. We were always able to fo to the beach club to find a bathing bed and some peace and quiet time. The rooms are very comfortable and very comfy beds.

The pool area was taken over by the European guests who would book sunbeds with clothes and belongings even though they were not using the pool. The staff were unable to control this which means we would go to the pool and not have a space for our belongings and towels even though the pool was not busy.

I am surprised the hotel has such a low rate on booking.com. We were warmly welcomed and got a room upgraded upon arrival. I loved the pool area, especially in the evening.

The FOM Mr Sami went out of his way to assist us.He is very kind and was very courteous to us. He met us upon checking and showed us around the hotel and also met us and bid a fond farewell.The rooms are clean and beautiful.The housekeeping team is very good quick service.Also the room services is good. Breakfast was good and saqib was very attentive too at breakfast area.Nehal from travel desk was good he assisted us with tours and rent a car. Overall a beautiful stay we enjoyed our time in salaha. We recommended this hotel to all travelers.

I would like to thank Millennium Salalah for the warm welcome and excellent service, especially for the room upgrade, which was a nice gesture. However, I would like to point out that the rooms are in need of some maintenance, as they appear a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Additionally, I experienced a day of disturbance from outside noise, with the sound of cars being very disruptive. I hope they continue to improve their services, upgrade the facilities, and address noise issues to maintain the hotel's reputation as a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Millenium Resort in Salalah. The hotel kindly allowed me to check in 3 hours early at no extra cost, which was a great start to my trip. I chose the Half Board Package, and the food was fantastic with plenty of options. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Salalah Mall. Plus, they offer free valet parking, which made everything super convenient. Overall, it is a great place to stay with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

The lazy river, which was the major USP of the resort, was under maintenance during my entire stay.

Truly comforting and excellent stay at the finest resort. From the moment of booking to the check out ,everything was seamless. The first thing that stands out at the resort is its cleanliness, hygiene and super friendly and prompt staff. The location of the resort is central and well accessible to a big mall ( Grand Mall just 5 mins walk ), tourist attractions and easy walks. Millenium resort is a perfect gateway for couples and families to spend their stay at Salalah. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment ( pics attached ) and it was simplistic yet warm and well organised with all basic amenities required for a holiday. The buffet breakfast and dinner was lavish and has quite a variety. Special note and gratitude to the restaurant managers Haris and Rama who took special care and attended to every guests need super quick. Very friendly and efficient restaurant staff made the experience of dinning just amazing. The resort also allows to order in from Talabat and the location is super easy for drivers. A big swimming pool, gyms and the parking areas are well organized and provide all requirements essential for guests. An hourly shuttle takes guests to the private beach resort just a 10 min ride away. All in all a highly recommended stay at this resort to be experienced !
