The size of the presidential suite was super! 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each. There was one corner sofa in the suite and one sofa in our private lobby area of suite. (No actual sofa beds as stated in booking) The bathroom was great. Netflix on TV (login into your own account) AC x3 absolute life saver! So comfortable. View of Margalla Hills. Beds very comfortable!! Clean suite. WIFI was great! 24/7 reception service was super! TV sound quality amazing with speaker & subwoofer.

The staff walk in if door is not locked. There was no fresh sheets changed each day - bed was made with same sheets. Towels were not changed either. We had to keep requesting for towels for 5 of us as only 2 were given. But once requested they were provided. For the price paid these basic facilities should have been provided without having to request for them - in the UK a £150 a night equivalent is exceptional compared to what we got here. Breakfast included was rationed but lovely paranthas, fried eggs, toast and jam with tea. Overall good stay would recommend :)

The ambience of the hotel and rooms view really justifies the name of the hotel. The must try "karak tea" enhances the superb morning breeze joy. Overall stay would never be happening without professional services of Mr.Fawad at the property. One must have this kind of manager to provide quality and satisfactory customer services. I really wanted to stay again and greatly recommended for solo or family stay.

Every hotel has its pros and cons but I really wanted to say this is much much better than any other famous and costly hotels in the area.

The overall experience was extremely pleasant. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped onto the premises, from the security personnel to the receptionist to the bell boys, all were extremely helpful.They served us drinks whilst we waited for the room to be made available. Staff were courteous and respectful. It felt like home but a lovely one with the beautiful decor and immaculate condition of the suite. Our stay was really memorable, kids loved it too, the whole experience was wholesome. The kitchen staff were also courteous and the food quality and presentation was also quite nice.

There should have been an electric kettle and some complimentary tea and coffee. Rest was better than our expectations

Over All the experience is amazing I was in Islamabad since 1 week but i got that at the end ho my tour i really miss that It's really amazing and value for money Specially Fahad bhai is really a great and humble personality

Room lacks power sockets for charging your laptop and phone, plus the hot water was on demand.. every time you have to let the reception know that you need hot water. Breakfast need to improve

Was without WiFi access for a couple of days during our stay, it did get sorted.. just meant the kids were on their tabs rather than the TV screen
