I had a pleasant stay at Cecil by Pearl Continental Hotels & Resorts last week from Wednesday to Friday. The rooms were comfortable with excellent heating, and while housekeeping could be slightly improved, it was satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, with Mr. Husnain at the reservation desk and Mishal in the breakfast area being particularly helpful. The hotel offers good parking facilities, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a great experience with my family, and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The housekeeping was satisfactory but could be slightly improved.

It had a very colonial feel and the staff was really friendly.

The property’s route was a bit scary and was giving horror movie vibes but then the hotel itself was very warm and lively. Some of the executive rooms had few of the basic things like fridge, lamps not working so we had to keep moving and got a room with all amenities at 10pm. Moreover, there is no atm in the vicinity and considering it was a PC property, I assumed the place will have their own atm machine but I was mistaken and upon requesting for this we were informed that the place very recently got pos machine.

We had a great and one of a kind experience staying at Cecil. Their staff were very polite and cooperative specially hotel manager who welcomed us with upgrading our room to family king suit. My family loved it. Its scenic view towards the hills, lawns and a building standing since 1851, has seen all the famous people living and visiting here.they have gaming room full with pool table, foosball, table tenise and ludo it would be great to have video games for kids as well, but they loved it. It has uninterrupted hot water supply and the heating facility with wifi access at every corner of the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Security was very good. Environment was very nice.

House keeping was very poor. First day there was no complementary water bottles, tea cattle, tea bags, bath kit, no hairs dryer, no extra blanket for third person (child 15 year). Second day same as above and no bath shower and body jel etc. no bath cleaning. Third day they come up for cleaning at 5 pm so i refused for that as this is not the right time. they did not cleaned bathroom and no changing in shower jel etc, Third day they provided tea cattle after i requested. I have to call every time for dryer, shower toiletries etc.

The restaurant team were really lovely and made breakfast and dinner most enjoyable. The menu offered a fair range of choices. The hotel is a real throwback to a historical period and the maintenance and restorations are good, The staff are warm, friendly and helpful.

Complimentary access to the games room would have been appreciated. A wider selection of beverages on the drinks menu. Personally, a couple of Gluten free products eg bread or cookie would have been appreciated

Staff didn’t repeatedly bother and with its vintage charm and unique ambiance, Cecil Hotel Murree stands out as an exceptional place to stay. The picturesque mountain views and cooperative staff add to its allure, making it a truly memorable experience in Murree.

Almost everything was great. We travel a lot and have stayed in various hotels, but the hotel staff’s demands were excessive, which was a bit of a hassle. However, at Cecil, they don’t bother you unless you initiate contact, which I found to be the best. One of my best stays!

The location is amazing. Nice spacious rooms, good choice for breakfast and amazing views. Staff are absolutely amazing and can’t do enough for you. Good variety of channels on tv too and bathrobes and slippers all provided. Parking available also which was useful.

The rooms and bathroom are looking a bit worn. The water in both my room and my boys room wasn’t hot. We told reception and they sent maintenance up but it was still cold. Rooms could do with redecorating.

Reception team especially sonia was fantastic. Initially, we were given a studio room, which wasn't what we wanted and upgraded to the Hertiage main part of the building for an additional fee, but worth it. The catering staff, we must say are so polite and endearing. The hotel was impressively clean, and also staff onside doing something to make the customers experience sensational. It's worth booking here just for the sheer pleasure of the views, the local mall which is 5mins drive I the car.

Great services including staff (especially Dilawar and Saif ullah to name a few), exceptional food taste and variety, ideal location with great view and almost 10 min walk to mall road. Bukhara and Marco Polo restaurants were tried and food from both were tasty and full of taste and flavour. The historic pictures and decor were an added plus point. The in-house tv services were also great for both kids and adults.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

The hotel was good and stay was very comfortable. There're some hiccups while checking in but all was sorted with the help of very courteous & hospitable hotel staff. I really would like to appreciate Mr. Nauman for his prompt support in resolving the raised issues and making our stay worthwhile.
