I really loved staying in this hotel. The room was really spacious, comfortable, and clean. Definitely the nicest place I’ve stayed in Pakistan so far! The staff were very helpful and professional. Food was also great - both the breakfast and also the room service. Great location too, very easy to get around. Wifi, hot water, and AC all worked really well, and I’m guessing they have a backup generator because the power never went out for more than 30 seconds or so. Thanks so much for everything and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Peshawar in the future!

The only negative thing was not actually the fault of the hotel and more just a challenge of traveling in the area for foreigners. The hotel staff are required to inform the local police when you want to go out who seem to want to escort you everywhere. After a bit of discussion each time, I was eventually allowed to leave without the (unnecessary) security escort as I was going with a local guy, but just something to be aware of for other foreign travelers. It’s free though if you do go with the security - I just didn’t feel it was necessary. Again, this is not the hotel’s fault at all but just wanted to mention it as info about travel in the area is a bit limited online.

Everything was very good, from the room to the staff to the cuisine

A note to foreigners like me: the only issue I had was at checkout because the hotel has to call military security before I can leave with a taxi (they are obliged to do so) so I had to wait almost an hour before I could leave and nearly missed the bus at the terminal which I had to catch. So please do the checkout way in advance in order to avoid potential troubles

Being only female residents we had no issues especially regarding safety/privacy,the entire staff was quite considerate and good,house keeping/room services all were good including the front desk staff.

The only thing which I think needs change r their washbasins as they didn't have quite strong hold so at times it became difficult for us to do wuzoo otherwise everything was on point.

Staff was friendly, booking was easy and for welcome drink I opted for tea which was served with freshly baked cookies. Location was good and there were few good options for restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean and the staff was attentive. I have stayed here so many when I travelled for work and that is why I picked to stay here for personal visit as well because of the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Good location, very nice and polite staff. Neat and clean environment, good buffe breakfast. Provided so many services complimentary including ironing, water, airport drop off, and upgraded to a much bigger room than my actual booking.

furniture is a bit old, otherwise nothing much missing

the staff was very kind and attentive. service was great, the room and bed were very comfortable.

the washrooms could be nicer. a glass wall or a curtain would’ve been nice around the shower area, ended up splashing the whole washroom

The Location is on the main university road -easily accessible - it was a good experience staying at Shelton's Rezidor Peshawar. would love to stay again.

1. Basement Parking is not good. Driveway is not easy to drive in or out. 2. Washroom has very small wash basin.

The facility was nice. Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms and sheets were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended 👌

Location is excellent; it’s very close to all the necessary things namely airport,restaurant and kfc,Dominoes Pizza and govt offices

Service is excellent
