Breakfast was delicious and it was possible to get a lunch box for our trip to colca canyon. View from the rooftop where the breakfast is served is great. The location was very nice as the city center was in walking distance, the neighborhood was quite nice. The room was big, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good with a shower and warm water. WiFi was great.

No English - which was no problem, as the staff was very helpful and friendly by using a translator app. There was no parking spot available in the garage, but we could park on the street in front of the hotel.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close to the main attractions but was positioned across from a big park that made it feel more peaceful than being in the city. Great breakfast! The usual eggs, avocado etc but bonus fresh orange juice and waffles with fruit…yum! Secure off street parking provided for our small car in the front yard of the property for a small fee each day.

The property was a bit dated but this wasn’t a problem as everything was well maintained. They asked for us to prepay via another online site (not booking.com) which we refused as we were not confident with the safety of the site. They agreed to let us pay on arrival.

It was friendly, clean, safe and convenient, at a good price. The staff were great and really tried to make sense of my garbled Spanish. I appreciated them taking my luggage up and down to my room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was generous and tasty. There was hot water -maybe one time I had to wait a little for a shower. And the WiFi worked well. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main square but you are much closer to the trendy San Lazaro district with nice places to eat and interesting streets.

As others have said it’s near a main road so there is traffic noise but that didn’t really bother me or stop me sleeping. There was minimal noise inside the hotel. You have to navigate that road to get more or less anywhere - there is a fairly obvious traffic light system so you can cross safely.

This property has everything you could need. The rooms are basic but they have hot water, it’s very clean and also comfortable. Just a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas so it’s a great location. The staff were great, always cheerful and helpful. The lady at breakfast was wonderful and pointed out the main views to us from the roof. The breakfast is the best we have had in Peru! They even did a takeaway one for us when we had to check out before breakfast had started. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Great location - in 1 minute you are in the center or at mondo alpaca. Great staff - everybody was extremely kind and helpful. We got all the information needed for tours, booked cooking experiences etc… Breakfast is incredible and huge. Get ready to have fresh eggs, avocados, fruits, unlimited coffee and more every morning. If your tours leave earlier than the breakfast time (like Colca Canyon), the staff will prepare a breakfast-to-go for you

Nothing! All was perfect

The hostess was accommodating and the place was like a cute terrace house with nooks with plants. They let us check-in early at around 6 am, let our luggage there for our overnight tour, and also gave us a breakfast package when we left before breakfast time. Their breakfast is also provided with effort with a decorated waffel and eggs.

A bit out of the main area. We did book a tour with the hotel, but seems like it was not really integrated where the hotel would know we booked the tour.

The service was great. They attended all our needs. Fantastic breakfast and location. Just in case, I recommend travelling around Peru with earplugs as, if you are in a great location, is very likely you will hear some cars. Taking that into account, we slept without problema

Lovely, very caring staff. Good sized twin bedded room with good sized bathroom. Lots of hangers in the wardrobe. Lovely breakfast terrace on the top floor. Good breakfast with fresh fruit on waffles, eggs, bread with cheese, avocado and olives, tea, coffee. About a 10 minute walk, all downhill to Plaza de Armas. Some rooms overlook a busy main road. We didn't find this a big deal. Very good value for money.

This is a wonderful hotel! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ultra clean and they provide the very best rooftop breakfast!!! I appreciated the location, it's not in the center of everything but it's close to everything. I also had the very best shower in all of Peru here, hot with excellent water pressure. I would definitely recommend this place

The staff is really great! They will help with everything and are always smiling. There is a safe space for luggage, which we used for check-in and check-out. The breakfast is plenty and served on the roof terrace. Location is great, in a quiet street. It’s a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Would stay again!
