Fantastic location, within the historic centre but just far enough from the busy area for it to be quiet. Hotel is down a short alleyway, so hidden away. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and things to see and do within 10 minutes walking (max). No lift so not suitable if you can't walk up the stairs. The breakfast was lovely, on the top floor over looking the rooftops. Some staff didn't speak english but they had translate on their computer, so we had no issues with asking questions. They were all very friendly. Our bed was big enough for 4 people to sleep in. Everywhere was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here and worth the money too.

I arrived at 6 am by Perú hop bus & they said I could leave my bags there, but better than that the owner welcomed me & said they had a room ready for me that I could have now, great news after a very long journey from Bolivia. Very comfortable bed and great hot shower with good water pressure. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Nothing was to much trouble.

Would have got a 10 apart from watered down juice & not great coffee at breakfast. As well as bit of noise from the dogs at certain times, but is there home as well.

Honestly nothing negative to say

Modern, yet charming still. The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. Helped us book appointments, taxis and organised an early breakfast for us to take. They cleaned the rooms daily, breakfast area has a great view, lobby and main area is super nice and comfortable with beautiful fish tanks, computers to use. Tea and coffee at reception and laundry service. Great location, I can’t fault it, the best place we’ve stayed in Peru so far!

The Hotel is renovated some years ago, and have a very european style, where everything works as it should, and a very nice common area. The breakfast, and the terrace where it is served is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. And we got to leave our bags there when hiking in Colca Canyon The room was comfortably warm The shower had warm water and OK water pressure

We first got a room without a window getting fresh air (it faced into the common area). And the air was not good in there. We got to change rooms, but be aware that this exists here. There is windows above the door that gets light from the halls. So the room will not be dark. There was also a window in the bathroom that should be frosted, since it is possible to look straight in from the floor above. The blenders preparing the juices for breakfast is very noisy. The kitchen is open and it makes noice for 3-5 minutes for every glass that is made.

It was great, The staff was nice enough, even to return my coat I had forgotten in the hotel, also few days after I had some issues at the post office, and the agent refuse to give the me the package as I had no ID from Peru, and (God knows what was the problem of a foreigner receive a package, however it had to be with a Passport number pre registered on it, and no one knew, and the staff in Arequipa did not informed her, ) anyway, The lady I called on the hotel was nice enough to speak with them and sort out with Arequipa post office and I was able to retrieve my package in Lima's office.

I just had to point as a matter of fact, I felt on my arrival and evening, the street is so quiet that gives you the impression of anything could happen (even tho' really anything could happen anywhere in this world). There's no one on the corridors/street and honestly I quickly walked the path whenerver I go in and out. but nothing happened at all, again I am foreigner and I dont know the place, but at the end it was safe. it was just a first impression.

The room was very nice and very clean especially for the price. The coolers hot and cold water were much appreciated. The staff were very kind and reached out on WhatsApp before hand to know when I would arrive and the greeting me on arrival.

The doors were all squeaky (I’m just a light sleeper, I don’t think it would be a problem for most people.) There was hot water, it only lasted ~12 minutes, again not a big deal, plenty of time to get clean.

Location is directly in the beautiful historic city centre. The rooms are furnished to a high standard as are the bathrooms. Breakfast is located at a lovely terrace with a nice view over the city and volcanos. Early check in and baggage service is available.

The rooms are located around an inner courtyard, which unfortunately gives you a „hallway-feeling“ and limits natural light.

Fabulous location. Friendly and accomodating staff - they let us check in early when we arrived at 5:30am which was much appreciated. The room is very comfortable - great bed and bathroom. Amazing views of mount misti. Delicious breakfast.

Only one of the staff spoke English. The other’s were still Helpful and we all got by with google translate.

After hiking the Inca Trail, this provided some well-needed rest. The room was beautiful and mordenly furnished. The staff were super kind to us, even keeping our luggage as we went went hiking the Colca Canyon. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment about that. But, there was water and tea available to all guests at the reception.

The hotel was hard to find for the first time. We didn't realize that the taxi had to stop about 10m away from the hotel entrance.
