Really comfy bed, well located, very kind staff, nice breakfast

Two bottles of water instead of one in the room would have been nice. Airport transfer is not included. Room was noisy, Balta street is concurred at all times and windows don´t isolate the room from the outside properly.

Not really a dislike, but (in keeping with Chiclayo norms) the halls and lobby are not air conditioned. The restaurant is a bit air conditioned

i like the fact that it was so clean and organized. the breakfast was great and staff was always friendly. the attention was great nothing was taken from our room and people were not in our room without our permission. we were here for 8 days and felt absolutely comfortable every single day. the complimentary drinks when you check in was also really nice and the rooms are always clean

the street reparations in balta was a bit annoying but that’s out of their control.

The staff was extremely kind and courteous.

The ongoing construction work was very loud and disruptive to a relaxing stay. The first room was not entirely clean, lacked soap and wash clothes, and the refrigerator was barely cool.

The position of the hotel is very good, close to the town main square, the main bus station and facilities. The room was wide, clean, well aerated, with a comfortable bed, good wi-fi. Excellent breakfast, self service, served in a nice room, with personnel attending you with kind and friendly attitude. We have been given the room earlier, as we arrived well in advance in the morning, tanks to the kindness of the staff of the reception.

The hotel was clean and had good service. Overall a good stay.

The only thing that was odd is that I received a visitor (my cousin who is a local) who had to drop a package, and when they called from reception, they inmediately said that I would be charged if my cousin stayed for longer than 2 hours. I guess that is a valid policy but they way they said it felt a little rude, with an accusatory tone.

Nothing bad to say

I've stayed in almost every place in town and this is one of the best. You get what you pay for - The restaurant is nice, the suites are of the quality you would expect of an international hotel brand, and the customer service is always polite and timely. There's usually someone who speaks English. Room service is obviously more expensive than what you would pay in a restaurant, but I thought it was reasonable. Location is dead central but the rooms are still quiet.

On my third visit, I had some issues with the hot water. Reception sent someone to resolve this, and they did, but my spa was still not working after. Oh well. An IMPORTANT NOTE for those using Booking.com is that this particular hotel chain (I've tested it at multiple locations) will display one price when you begin your reservation, but the price before you click "confirm" at the final stage, will be different. Be sure to triple-check your final price. Because it does change in the middle of the booking process without notifying you.
