Comfortable hotel right on the main square, with easy access to everything and good facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and we'll thought out spaces to relax or work if necessary.

They play two different types of music very loudly in areas close together (e.g. restaurant and bar) so whilst you are eating you can hear both and it's just not very relaxing. The music in general is too loud and you can still hear it when up in your room. There was also a fragrance dispenser in the room emitting a sickly fruit smell that made the room smell, I had to remove it.

The friendly greeting by the guys at Reception every time we approached them. The wonderful cleaning lady who took care of our room. The location is great, the best in town with the main city Plaza immediately in front and restaurants overlooking the river front within a 4 minute walk. Keeping in mind the rest of town is grubby, sidewalks are mostly atrocious and ladies, if youre looking for shops, this is not the town for that. Walking into this hotel is like entering a tiny haven of civilization. The fairly large pool and tiny gym and spa area are also very clean and comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about thus hotel, well worth the money.

Very convenient hotel in the center of town. Many restaurants in walkable distance, and there are always mototaxis waiting outside. Pool was very nice and clean. Spacious room with older decor, all facilities worked well. Extra plug-ins by the bed. We did not eat at the in-house restaurant. Front desk staff always helpful.

Central location, in front of the main square. The rooms were quite big but in the fridge did not have any drinks or whatsoever. We were expecting some welcome drinks or just water but nothing there. The is a restaurant downstairs, the food is just Ok, nothing exceptional despite the high price. The alcoholic drinks had lots of ice so little amount of liquid at the end. The service was good. the breakfast was okay, we tried small pieces of cecina and fried bananas. We used the hall to have work meetings with colleagues as there was plenty of space for it. We had late check out (5pm) for around 70 usd extra.

The food at the restaurant should be improved.

Location was ideal

Iquitos is a very remote location. The neighboring hotels are 1/8 the price. I recognize this is a brand name but the labor cost and location should add up to a less expensive stay.

Nice facility, clean and quiet, plus had CNN in English, nice.

I think because you go through booking.com they give you the rooms that are noisy. When requesting a room on the other side they tell you that they are full. Also the restaurant food was not really very good. So ate at the local restaurants. Other than that very nice.

The hotel was conveniently located at Plaza de Armas. Our suite was spacious with a hot tub. The hotel had a nice pool & good breakfast buffet.

Our room had a musty smell but we got accustomed to it. The single elevator was not functioning for most of our 2 day stay.

The bed was very comfortable after all three hard nedd in the rest of South America. Staff were very helpful to organize a private tour on the Amazon, at short notice. Breakfast was good and the lunch and dinner were also good.

Water bottles not replaced daily.

Everything! The pool was absolutely amazing. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We felt very safe the entire time. There was a little Amazon artisan market next to the hotel where we were able to buy a few souvenirs.

The food options. We enjoyed what they had for sure but I felt like there could have been more food options just to snack on instead of full meals. Everything was 100% delicious tho. Definitely on the expensive side.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and comfy! The pool was are favorite thing there, it was big and very clean! The food was amazing and the atmosphere every night at the bar and pool was Fun! Really like the fact that on Saturday there was a Latin band who came to preform. Recommend!!
