Great location. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Our flight came in at midnight and got to hotel at almost 2am. Check in was flawless. Very modern decor and rooms are great.

Casa Andina Hotel Standard Benavides in Lima, Peru, offers a comfortable and convenient stay, but the breakfast offerings are quite basic. While the selection is limited, it is consistent with the overall price value of the hotel. If you're looking for a simple start to your day, it will suffice, but don't expect a lavish spread. I stayed there for nine days, but only ate breakfast there twice. Most days, I went to the Starbucks right around the corner. Despite this, the hotel provides excellent service and amenities, making it a good choice for travelers.

Is a very very nice hotel and the location is in the hart of Miraflores you can walk to restaurants and shops or you can stay at the hotel and eat and drink the food was amazing and the drinks too and the price for food and drinks very nice

Nothing everything was very nice but if you rent a car get a small one there under ground parking is a little tight

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms have an efficient lay out. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. There is a club/bar on the back of the hotel but even on a Saturday night the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had all the basics (local breads, jams, etc) and a few other hot items that were surprisingly good. Convenient location.

The only thing we noticed was the towels in both of our rooms were old and dingy. Although they may been cleaned they didn’t look as if they were because they were grimy looking. Time to replace towels throughout the hotel. Ask for new towels if you encounter this issue.

I thought the breakfast was spectacular. It seemed like this is a hotel that upper class travelers use, based on the array of foods and type of service. I actually loved breakfast here. The room was great -- the bathroom was nice. The location is great, as it is 1 block from Parque de Kennedy and the popular area.

I thought the view was bad -- it was of random, dirty rooftops of other buildings. Also, I thought the room felt crowded, with that little shelf thing by the bed.

the rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space, the breakfast was well supplied with fruits, yogurt/toppings, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs, potatoes, and a savory warm dish such as fried rice or Pollo saltado

the staff was non communicative before our trip. I requested 3 times over bookings.com to schedule an airport shuttle and was never answered. I called and the message stated I was calling outside business hours, but the phone call was at 8:00

The room was good. Breakfast, almost everyday I had problem getting coffee. To many staff but apparently no one was responsible to check what was missing from the food.

I had to have lunch and dinner at the hotel. My dinner was not a good experience. I am complaining about the service. When I gave my order, I was told that it should take 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes a different waiter came to take my order again! .... plop!!! At that moment finally they prepared my pisco sour and I had to wait 10-15 minutes more. The next day, it took more than normal but it was faster comparing with the day before. Something that I noticed was one lady standing at the entrance of the kitchen but just "observing" to all of us ..... definitely the hotel needs to reorganize the restaurant staff!!!!!

Nice and modern hotel very close to everything - shops, restaurants. Really good location. Rooms are modern and comfortable, beds are comfy as well. Breakfast was really good, I would even say that was best breakfast on our entire trip to Peru.

This was the only hotel during our entire trip to Peru that we had to wear mask always and the only which asked about vaccination certs before we could enter building. Even at breakfast you couldn't leave your table without the mask. Be also aware that 10% of service is added to the price on booking.com (which wasn't clearly mentioned) and water provided in rooms is also paid - 5 soles per bottle.

Simple but comfortable rooms, ok bathrooms, good location as it is nearby Kennedy park and Larcomar, friendly staff, excellent reception team.

Breakfast need more staff, two persons is not enough for service and replenishing food and beverages on the buffet.

Nothing! I would like it to have a gym, that is all. The bath mat I used on the floor was taken during cleaning but not replaced.
