The location was fantastic and easily accessible. We loved the suite as a family - plenty of space. The shower was lovely, nice hot water and great pressure, and the beds were comfy. There were options for breakfast (additional fee) in the hotel but we preferred that only one day and enjoyed experiencing other options the other days. The hotel lobby and facilities were all very posh and while we didn't use the pool, we did enjoy the pool area and solarium. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the hotel!

Our view was a little boring since we mainly looked into the Chinese restaurant across the street. But it was fine!

The location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to other attractions. The hotel was clean and had a lot of features. Multiple restaurants on site, room service, pool, elevators. The king size room was enormous. It had a single couch, a desk, dining table & chairs, fridge, full size closet and drawers. The bathroom had a good size jacuzzi bath & shower, nice toiletries. One note, as the bath was a jacuzzi, it was a high step in & out of the shower. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful with a city tour, where to go in the area. The only disappointment was a misinterpretation of “spa” facilities. I assumed that meant massages, mani, pedis but it means there is a sauna on site. Perfect for a visitor from out of country.

Nothing, I no loved everything.

I loved that the room was so spacious and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. We didn't do the breakfast but enjoyed welcome drinks at one of the bars. It was a nice and spacious hotel. My husband thought that the gym was nice.

I was recommended to stay in Miraflores but it took forever to get to/from downtown and the airport because of traffic and road work. I think I would prefer to stay in downtown.

Great location, easy walk to beach front and interesting parts of the city. The room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable, had everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the roof top pool. Staff were great, couldn’t do enough for use. Allowed early check in and stored our baggage after check out. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice, beautiful fresh fruit, hot and cold options in abundance.

Nothing was unsatisfactory.

The staff were most accommodating when I requested a room in the newer wing. I appreciated their friendly and helpful tips as we explored Lima. The welcome drink -either pisco sour or lemonade -was a nice touch and the service throughout the hotel was very good.

The room I was originally given in the older wing was a bit musty.

Facilities were great, very clean and the location was phenomenal. The restaurants however expensive there were pretty much yummy.

The bathrooms in the room have no ventilation. Also, the service provided for drivers and tours were very expensive and money was added to the regular use without consent. That was a dissapointment.

Breakfast host Krystal was amazingly welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful time! Also very attentive were Martin and Percy, great hosts. The breakfast needs better bread, always stale and repetetive and low quality; Lima has wonderful bakeries and for the price of the hotel there should be better break as well a better juices (not watered down juices as available). The entire staff is awesome, hotel food quality need to meet high standards!

Sizeable room, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff (reception, restaurant and doormen), very attentive. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Convenient location.

the restaurant which also served as the breakfast location was of excellent standard. the buffet breakfast was excellent and the restaurant service was also excellent value

there was only one lift working for the whole time we were there (5 days)

absolutely the very best last day in Peru

- the swimming pool area (not the water itself, but the space around it) is not heated, and not just not heated, but inexplicably, most of the windows were wide open both late morning and late afternoon. it was a lot warmer in the water than outside at the poolside, even though the water was just 27 degrees Celsius - the breakfast was not the best orchestrated by the shift manager, since we have never been said to wait for a table in a five-star-hotel. never. ever. but the breakfast staff courtesy afterwards was impeccable
