The location is perfect you’ll find everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and very clean. The pool is amazing and open until late which is really nice regarding to the 24/7 heat in Pucallpa. The staff is very friendly and they prepare fresh eggs in different variations, for me always veggies since I’m vegan. Excellent service.

On booking.com you find the information free airport shuttle. Which I asked for during checkout. Unfortunately it was not for free. The driver charged me 20 soles at the airport which is overpriced anyway. For cars your pay 10 soles and for motor taxis 6 soles. He called the hotel and then he handed me over his phone. And the lady told me that the free airport shuttle is not included in my booking. I’m not fluent in spanish and the reception lady wasn’t fluent in english so I just ended the conversation paid the requested 20 soles because I also wanted to catch my flight. I contacted the hotel via booking.com messages about the costs for the “free airport shuttle” and unfortunately until today i didn’t receive any answer. A pity I liked this hotel very much.

The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The room was clean a good size with a comfortable bed. They offer a great selection at at breakfast to suit all tastes, that varied each day. The swimming pool was nice a little bit more plants/trees around the pool would make it even better. More greenery and less concrete please.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Plaza de Armas (center of town). The restaurant has some of the best food in the city and I am grateful to the chef for making me pasta primavera (with lots of fresh vegetables). The hotel grounds are immaculately clean; the staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. I received one of the best massages I have ever had (and I say this as a practicing massage therapist!).

The hotel could purchase better pillows. While the pool closes at 8pm, or at the latest, 11pm. But guests are still allowed in that area, which is very disruptive to other guests wanting to sleep or needing quiet time, especially if your room overlooks the pool as mine did. We heard folks partying loudly until the wee hours (2AM) of the morning.

Staff is great, they really go beyond to make you feel at home. I had a lot of food restrictions and they made it happen in the restaurant. Barbara working at the restaurant was a great presence making me feel home.

Casa Andina is a amazing hotel in the centre of Pucallpa. Staff, facilities, and other things is so amazing. Thanks to Bruno a manager for a unforgettable welcome and for breathtaking good bye lunch. Just a minor issue with the treadmill, it was a bit off balance.

The room was excellent and the staff were most helpful. Everything about our stay was good. Kiwi.com was the problem - they sold me a flight but did not send my name to the airline, and so we could not fly on the day required

People at the reception were very helpful and friendly, there was a little confusion about my first night stay which is being resolved

We had ants in our first room and upgraded to a better room which was perfect for us. Staff was very accommodating.

I loved the hotel, sauna was amazing and actually the reason why I came here. I'll be back.

Pool water was little bit dirty, filter needs some maintenance.
