the location is just okay. relaxing. the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are amazing!

so many stairs, not suitable for pregnant women and elderlies. No PWD access.

Our group booked this resort for our teambuilding activity since it is near the office and at the same time far away enough to be able to relax. The resort is clean, has three swimming pools with varying depths and cabanas to sit down and rest. We like the layout of the swimming pools and the cabanas which made the resort look classy. The swimming pools were also frequently cleaned by the staff. The manager and all the staff were accommodating with our requests, engaging and friendly. The resort is conveniently located near Antipolo Cathedral and Robinsons Antipolo (shopping mall). It is also near restaurants with overlooking views of the city.

Our room (for five people) has loft area but the airconditioning did not quite reach the loft which made it warmer compared to the rest of the room. There are also no seats inside the room. We found the corkage fee for bringing in food and drinks is on the expensive side.

Breakfast was well presented. Pool was great for kids

Altaroca's rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The AC worked very well. We also took a swim in the pool during our stay and it was very refreshing. Note: Pool is not heated. The other 2 pools on the property are under renovation. Breakfast was good and the view from where we were seated added to the morning conversation and ambiance. We also ate dinner on the resort and we enjoyed all the Filipino food served to us. Overall, the staff was very accommodating. Transportation into town, mall, and to sites such as Hinilugang Taktak is available for a fee.

Note: The property is under renovation/construction in some areas and the only pool available is not heated. Also, be aware that it is a mountain property, so expect stairs throughout the property. Lastly, another deterrent is the cash ONLY policy on the property. All transactions to include purchase of food, drinks, deposit, use of transportation, etc. can only be done in cash.

I like that it was not crowded although it was a holiday. Upon check in we were greeted by staffs and welcomed with a smile. We waited for a few minutes then they ushered us to our room. Their rooms are clean with strong AC (definitely a plus factor). The beds are comfortable and clean bed sheets and enough pillows (another plus). The bathroom is small but with good water pressure and hot and cold shower. Also, it was clean and with glass divider for the shower. There are 3 pools and all are within close proximity so it was not difficult to find. I like that their inhouse restaurant has appropriate amount of choices for the menu. We had our dinner in the resto and the food is good for the price. Overall it was a satisfying overnight stay. Would definitely come back for a short trip again.

Better if the restaurant will also serve fruit shakes, ice cream, halo halo, and the like especially during summer 😊 Suggest also that the resort should invest in smart TVs with netflix for added staycation experience 😁

Nice hotel, three swimming pool, lots of rest places. Nice room, new and modern. Very nice restaurant, a little bit overpriced. Friendly stuff in the restaurant.

There was a big desk in the room, but unfortunately no chair (my son had to write his homework outside). The breakfast was good, but I missed some fruits.

We stayed as a group and were happy that the room is nice, clean, and cozy. There’s not a lot of space, but we only stayed for a night so we didn’t bring a lot of things. Outside the room are 3 pools that you can choose from. One other thing that we liked was the Beef Tapa for breakfast! It was a surprise treat for us. Overall, the place was okay and worth its price. I’m considering to come back again with friends for a simple staycation.

The bathroom is quite small, but not a dealbreaker. There’s also a lot of stairs, so families with seniors and PWDs might need to inform the hotel in advance for extra assistance.

Walking distance from Hinulugang TakTak. Reasonably priced stay for a group of 5. I like the swimming pools, all 3 of them were clean. Our stay included breakfast which were good as well. Our room is comfy and just enough size for all of us. Overall, the resort is clean and highly maintained.

The staff were amazing from the front security guard, to reception, restaurant staff and the grounds keepers The 3 pools were kept clean, as were the grounds even though the accommodation wasn't at its busiest. Great location and highly recommend this place. Special mention to Maurine at the front desk and Angel in the restaurant. Really friendly, helpful and lovely staff members, a credit to the resort

Only a light sheet provided with the bed and I had a leaky basin in my room but nothing major

staff are very accommodating and nice. Rooms and toilet is tidy and neat.

Our room (205) has an unpleasant smell, not so my wife has to spray her perfume just to mask the smell. Also the resort is not good for senior people/ disabled people.
