Excellent service. Excellent view in the mountain, and a very nice pool. The food was great and the room clean. They arranged transport to different places/activities with a private driver. The spa/massage was also very nice. We celebrated Christmas at the resort and stayed for 5 nights. For Christmas there was 2 different Christmas menus and life music.

We booked the Deluxe Villa with 3 separate bedrooms, however the description on booking.com is wrong. The Deluxe villa only has one bedroom with a double bed and one living room with 2 double beds and tabel/chairs. As we were travelling with teenager (16 years og 18 years) is was importantly for us to have separate rooms, so it was a bit disappointing - however we couldn’t have stayed on a better place with the Excellent view and service. Overall we had an excellent stay 🤩

This resort is located on a beautiful hill, where you have an amazing view to the sea! We booked 3 rooms, and one was upgraded to a beautiful place with jacuzzi and stunning view, which was perfect! Staff were excellent, easy smooth checkin, staff would help anytime with requests (calling taxi, etc.). Resort has its own restaurant and serves food during the day until 9 PM. I personally found it very convenient that we were able to have food here instead of going to the town. There were two swimming pools with great view, staff was always so helpful serving food, drinks. As the place is on the hill, you will see frogs, and other cute living creatures. We liked it so much, that we extended our stay and did not want to leave the place :) Overall great experience, recommend!

It was a little bit far (2 km) from the main road, but it was absolutely fine as taxis/tuktus drive up to the resort without issue, you just pay a bit extra. But it's good because you are away from the noise, and feel like living in a jungle :) In our room (Diane), toilet and shower needs a bit of fixing :)

It was real rest time. Very private place and warm hearted staffs and boss. I’ve got transportation to the city safely and comfortely. They informed the English mass time, so we could attended the holy mass. The breakfirst option was simple and healthy. While we were swimming, the delicious pasta and icecream were serving near the pool. We did enjoy the meal and kind staff’s nice serving. During my stay, I have to go out for a tour at 7am. As I told my schedule, the staff kindly arranged eating time in my room. It was great! Thanks to Marquis, I fully enjoyed my first trip to Bohol.

It’s a wonderful place I visited with a great ambiance and beautiful scenery,surely this place will captivate your heart for the overlooking view since literally your on top of the mountain you can easily appreciate the nature more and how beautifully the landscape are, especially during sunrise and sunset the scenic view will truly mesmerize your vision felt like your in paradise.This place is truly a gem of Bohol,The modern villas combined with a native cottages truly blend in the aesthetic of the place,I also like that it’s not crowded so you will feel extra especial on the exclusivity of the place and amenities that you can try on.The staffs are really awesome you feel at home with the great services being provided, The food is a top notch with a delicious wide variety of choices; I thought the food was expensive surprisingly the price is really affordable given on its plating presentation was on point surely we’ll be coming back to try out more on their menu without breaking my bank.The picture and videos don’t give justice on how beautiful this place are so get ready to be mind blown,See you again Marqis Resort

Marqis Resort I could say is the best resort we've stayed so far with my Family here in Bohol. The food was great. All staff were very accommodating and friendly, reassuring that everything is just fine. The place is truly serene, from which your heart will definitely melt just staring from your balcony to the sea view. The villas are spacious and their beds were so cozy. The air is very refreshing. I was amazed too that they have sports amenities like billiards, table tennis and even a karaoke room. Breathe taking. I was in awe with the scenery and Im in nature. I was totally overwhelmed with the sunset and woke up to experience sunrise with a cup of coffee. And it was perfect for private getaway and even us groups. The surroundings was clean and well landscape. And to our villas, that was clean with full of complete vanity kit and provided with fresh towels. You get to enjoy 2 pools for swimming exclusively. Plus for me are the staff that was so friendly and accommodating. All request was taken attentively. And the food, I love because they have menu choices for your type of cuisine. And even budget packages for selection of meals. Food was great! Continue to lead in a kind of hospitality experience.

l The quietness no traffic noises no need to set alarm the roosters in the area will let you know when it's sun rise the view is spectacular from the place but keep in mind there's no ducking down the shops for some retail therapy staff were helpful plus we had the whole resort too ourselves more or less as most stay near the the beach front but you can hire there car and driver too get down there two staff were excellent in making you welcome that was Kenneth and Christian and Sam the manager was good a defusing a bit of drama with our booking too see the fireflies as our driver wasn't arranged as we thought but Sam came too the rescue and got one of his staff too take us on the spot food was delicious and great service

The no paper too be put down the toilet instead put in trash bin in toilet but that's the Philippines all over unfortunately there sewerage system and infrastructure isn't advanced as the westerners countries

We had our great stay in Marqis . It has a scenic view from the Villa and restaurant. Sitting on the balcony ,the view is immensely welcoming and relaxing. It also offers amazing view for sunrise and sunset. The interior of the Villa is very nice and classy. The rooms are clean , spacious, modern and comfy. It is a perfect place to unwind and relax away from noise. We enjoyed so much the amenities, the infinity pool and jacuzzi.They also serve affordable good and tasty food. The staffs are accomodating and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place, feel the nature, this place suits you. Highly recommended! Value for money.
