I like most the hospitality of the staff, from the guard, to the front desk officer up to the room attendants. They were all very accommodating to all our inquiries and requests. The staff were very polite. Also, it has a competitive offer among all other mid-range hotels in bacolod city. The value for money was great, they have larger rooms with a complimentary tummy full breakfast! Just wow! The hotel is also accessible to public transportation as it is along Lacson street and it's just a few km from the airport. I would definitely book this hotel again when I go back to bacolod.

I am a repeat guest, so I happen to love the food. However this last visit I was not able to take my breakfast since I had to leave early. I wish breakfast could be prepared for takeout for those leaving before 7 am.

I repeatedly book this hotel because I like that it is near the main avenue. And the food at the bistro is really good, so I would recommend it to other travelers, and it fits with the budget.

Wifi didn't reach rooms. Bed runs straight to the door (bad feng shui). Aircon is crackling in the middle of the night and doesn't cool the place effectively after some hours. Toilet smelled bad the first time I opened.

Location is good as it has access to food and groceries. The rate is also great, and the space is well-planned so it can easily accommodate 4 to 5 people with no problem. The owner is also responsive.

Parking is on street and if you get in, guards will charge you 400 pesos without issuing receipts. The toilet could use a better shower curtain so that the water does not spill to the toilet floor when being used.

The staff are amazing! We really felt that we are taking cared of in our 5days stay. Felt like home☺️. The breakfast are superb. The guards are very attentive and approachable. I highly recommends this hotel. We’ll surely visit again North tourist in in our coming vacations.

The Wi-Fi in our room is weak and sometimes on and off connection. Hope the hotel would able to fix this.

good Filipino style breakfast plus two free drinks the evening of check-in included. close to bus terminal. excellent security very safe and secure private guarded parking on site. located below the flyover on Lacson. wifi is fast and the shower is good. amenity kit provided free of charge. aircon so strong I had to turn it down quite a bit.

quite a few stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. no credit cards accepted, so need to have enough cash to cover the room rate plus 500php deposit.

The staff is very accommodating. I accidentally dropped my ID at the parking lot and one of the concierge staff was so nice to keep it. He then personally returned it to us when we arrived. The food is superb and the location is very convenient for us since we are hopping from the hotel to an event and to our in-laws place. They already have free parking space inside which is a great plus and their lobby is very welcoming! This is a great find for families, especially those traveling with kids!

The check-in was a breeze, they just asked for some ID's and vaccination card. The room is worth your stay, my aunt was the one who asked me to book a place and when she arrived, she was astonished at the room, for how many we were, and how its worth every penny, it was very affordable. We even got a buffet breakfast! Additional folding bed costs 750, for additional information. Totally worth it.

The location is right infront of the road, and an overpass at that, so for some it might be a deal breaker. Also, when I drove for the first time I almost got lost because the place was quaint at front. But it provides ample parking at the back!

The food! We had dinner at the Bistro. The price of the food is ok, the food was so delicious. 🤤 Coffee is one of the best and incomparable to the internationally known coffee shops. The room was ok. Just need a little refurbishing, maybe. There is ongoing renovation when we checked-in, and that won't change my good impression of the hotel. The hotel staff from the guards, reception, lobby assistant, bistro, and breakfast staff were amazing.

The only I don’t like is the bathroom shower area,it because the water goes out,they should make it high the one support on the floor (bathtub)
