The hotel is what you would expect of a budget-to-mid price accommodation. The facilities werr fairly clean, definitely not uncomfortable. But there is some room for improvement. Plus points also for being ESPECIALLY near to malls and superstores (both S&R and Landers are within a 500m radius. Robinsons right next to it w a dedicated bridge connecting to the hotel. Yashano Mall across and SM about a km away) What we enjoyed especially was the treatment from thr staff at the in-house restaurant. The manager was very pleasing and took time to give my tourist parents recommendations on where to visit. Overall, we loved ourstay!

The pool was difficult to enjoy. There was a large family with dozens of kids jumping into the water from every ledge they could find and there was no hotel staff to control the behavior, so it was a bit of a mess out there. The rooms are clean but housekeeping could do a better job to sweep floors and dry up the bathroom after a cleaning.

Great location, with Robinson shopping mall just around the corner (in fact, it is connected to the hotel via a passerelle on the second floor). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast choices (mainly local food, but with a touch of foreign cuisine). Excellent in-house laundry facilities.

The hotel, though only open for 3 years, is already battling with the effects of humidity: the shower showed traces of mould and the ceiling in the entrance testified of a leak, which had not been properly handled. Amenities in the bathroom were basic.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the underground parking, the breakfast spread, and above all the water coolers in every corridor. Very eco sensitive. No wastage of plastic. The staff were very professional, and helped me go around - I was there for only one night, but they were able to guide me to do whatever I could in the short period that the city was open on Christmas Eve. The food recommendations for local delicacies was awesome. Am grateful for the suggestions.

Honestly cannot think of any. I felt unhappy leaving the hotel, but then Naga was not my final destination. Any my final destination was 3 hours away. If it was closer than an hour away, I would have happily changed by bookings and would have extended my stay here (if they had rooms available)

The location was perfect for our purpose. The staff had been responsive to requests and complaints. The amenities in the room are as expected. Both check in and check out were accomplished in no time at all.

Probably because of the disruptions caused by Typhoon Kristine, supplies were running low. The choices for a la carte breakfast were very limited. For several hours there was water dripping from the air conditioner.

The staff were very attentive to all needs, the bed was excellent and the pillows were good as well, the downstairs restaurant had very good coffee and also made nice alcoholic drinks also the staff in the restaurant were excellent attending to all needs and even some we didn't know we had

The cleaning staff need to check whether there is shampoo body wash and hand wash in the bathroom every time they clean as we had run out of hand soap and body wash in the shower, the water pressure could be a little better, air conditioner in our room sometimes felt like it wasn't working, Also putting the water that they supply in the fridge would be a good idea and maybe a microwave would be good I know you can't have everything in a room but these things can be thought about

I stayed here for 9 days. The hotel's location is near Robinsons Naga, and there's a footbridge on the 2nd floor going directly to the mall (it's one way tho). The hotel has a gym, a swimming pool, and a restaurant (if you grabbed the buffet bfast option, this is where you'll dine in). The gym has all the basic equipment you need for a routine. The housekeeping staff is fantastic and ensures the room is kept well and you have your daily set of amenities. The front desk staff MS NICOLE is amazing and made sure I feel welcomed (and my parents too cuz I booked them a different room; will do a separate review for that). I wanted to give a rating of 10 but because of an incident, I decided not to.

For some reason, there is a shortage of bathroom floor mats and bath towels, though that's a minor inconvenience for me. What prompted me to strike off two points from my review is that during my time there using the gym, children and minors were allowed to use the gym equipment WITHOUT proper gym attire and adult supervision. This is my first time encountering such a thing cuz usually, gyms don't allow minors for safety reasons. I called the staff's attention, and I think one of the managers got informed, but she ignored my concern. I promptly ended my gym session in fear of something happening to those children while I was there. This happened, at the minimum, for two days in a row!

The pool, small but fun to use! It was also accessible to the RP mall and not to mention, they had free airport transfer. That was amazing! But, sadly our flyt was cancelled. 🤣. It would have been a perfect travel experience. The ease of check-in, the smiling staff every time they see us, so welcoming. Our coffee was served in a cutesy board. Oh, they are paw friendly hotel too. The pillows, towels were so soft! The view we had was cool too. Also, the room was bigger than I expected. They were topnotched in the hotel area around Naga! A bit expensive but they delivered!

The selections of bfast, 650 PHP and I only have dilis as my viand. They could have offered 2 or 3 options to choose from. Quite a few selections of other food items but, rice is life and so would have been the viand matching it.

Indeed pet friendly. No restrictions for pets except they only accept up to 2ft height. Staff always greets us and our dogs. Just beside robinsons mall. Perfect location. Enough parking for guests. Provides hassle-free stay. Buffet Breakfast was amazing. Different menu everyday. Elevator connects directly to the basement parking. There is a bridge from the 2nd floor going to the mall. They have a mini cafe by the reception.

Shower has molds on the walls and they should take care of it as hotel is only about 2 years old I think. Great hotel to stay in while in Naga so I suggest they need to maintain the hotel. There should be always someone at the front desk. I noticed the staff stays at the back room and when you have questions or need something, you need to go that room behind the desk to get someone.

The beddings were really comfortable, I had a good night sleep, the room temp is good. I had a pleasant stay and will choose this property on future trips.

The food that I was expecting wasn't served (champurado) I really like how they cooked it. Hopefully I may taste it once more on my next visits. The TV have limited channels/programs, suggest upgrading it as this is a form of relaxation for some guests. They should opt to subscribe to Netflix and other movie programs. Ensure refilling the soap and shampoo dispenser.
