Staff is very welcoming and attends to your inquiries and concerns as soon as possible. They even offer services beyond what is expected, such as calling a service tricycle on our behalf. Room is clean, bed is very comfy, pool area has a relaxing vibe.

I recommend this place for leisure without remote work attached. Wifi connectivity is intermittent, unless you're in the lobby. As for data/signal coverage: Smart: little to no signal, especially in the rooms. I was able to get a bar or two outside or at the bistro area Globe: 4G in the rooms but max of 2 bars. Enough to scroll thru twitter, fb, IG. But not enough to upload bulk images and stuff (even loading my gcash app needs patience). Overall, if you're in for a vacation time and away from socmed and remote work, this is for you. Just wanna add– shower heater is also tricky to adjust. But water pressure is great so I'm fine with it.

Pls allow me to commend the Microtel-CABANATUAN front desk personnel, specifically JANNA, SACHELYN and PATRICIA for their customer-centric services as they ensured that my request to take an early breakfast at 600am was dutifully followed by the Bistro personnel. By the time I walked into the restaurant at 605am, my FOUR [4] plated breakfast were all packed and ready to be picked up.

Not a major issue but I observed that our pillows were quite old, small-sized and seems to have significantly shrinked . Would be nice if those 'quite old' pillows are replenished.

Ms. Patrisha, the concierge staff was very kind and approachable. She facilitated our request for early check-in seeing that my father was elderly. The staff are very attentive to our requests for additional cups and utensils. The hotel has an icemaker which is great to cool our drinks. In front of the hotel, there is a tricycle terminal where your can take the tricycle to the city center.

Lack of amenities. Some towels looking a bit grubby specially the foot towels. Breakfast wasn’t too bad but plates and cups found to have chipped.

Location is accessible to everything. The room is so clean and complete with all the basic utilities and things. I especially love that they have a microwave inside and a pool.

The bathroom door has a minor issue but it can be fixed easily.

Very convenient and affordable

We didn’t get our breakfast as originally planned because we had to leave early. The staff at the front desk had a miscommunication with the kitchen staff.

clean, quiet place, no noise along the hallway, no traffic noise, felt like the suburb area in the US, spacious rooms, big beds , hassle free transactions, easy and fast check-in/check-out. breakfast is also a steal, staffs were nice. the pool is big, good for kids, not crowded.

nothing really, it would be too much to expect more for the price we paid.

It was okay clean. The area under our day bed was dusty and some parts of the bathroom still had hair which was easily cleaned.

Clean and spacious room

The pool was 5ft but the water level is only 3 ft. It felt like a kiddie pool. I hope next time the water level in the pool is higher so adults can enjoy swimming.
