Fresh, well run and convenient Just steps away from Robinson's Fuente, Mango Square and Ramos Street entertainment with Starbucks, Yellow Cab David's Chinese and others on site. No need to go far for anything. The hotel is over just two floors with an open mezzanine in the center with lots of natural light and a giant ceiling fan circulating the ambient air. Quite a different experience for a 3-star. Everything was in good working order and mostly complete. Comfortable bed and four pillows. Big bath towels, strong hot water and working shampoo and bath soap shower dispensers. The Room lacked only a ref, coffee and kettle (but a kettle can be requested). Included a wall mounted emergency flashlight (that worked!). The window-style aircon was quiet and effective. The LG TV was flat and large but not Smart. The remote controls were clean and actually worked (another different experience for a 3-star). In room phone... "Please dial 0 if you need anything".

The WiFi was fast but unpredictable, with random logouts and frequently lagging video streams. Also the Cebu Cable TV feed had limited Channels and flickered on favourite Channels.

Very convenient for main tourist hub. Clean and quiet and very welcoming.

No fridge or kettle but you can request it.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and efficient with checking in and checking out. The location is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Easy vehicle drop-off point right next to the elevator that takes you to the lobby. Probably the best experience you can get for the money in Cebu unless you're looking for high-end luxury accommodations.

The long checklist of items that the staff will check isn't stolen makes you wonder if everything is actually in the room and to double-check it's there upon check-in. But, nothing shady is actually going on there. Probably best to double-check anyway.

The location was fantastic! It's within the city center and very close to Fuente Circle. We came from a long and tiring trip so having your rooms on the same floor as reception was a bonus because their elevators were too small to handle all 5 of us + luggage. The bathroom was decent, spacious and with hot shower. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.

The bed was hard so there was a bit of a back pain in the morning. The elevator was too small. Since it wasn't high rise, you can hear the taxis and jeepney's honking or just passing by. Also, I wish they have a pick-up and drop-off service.

Repeat Guest. Pros: We super love the Location. There is a lot of restaurant down the hotel. All the things that you need. There is a laundry shop,a nail spa,DIY shop and many more. Nearby robinson mall. What more can you ask for. Very convenient location. -They maintained their cleanliness but kinda dusty floors but it is manageable. -Curtains are not too bright. Yes light can still penetrate but tolerable. -Hot shower working properly. -Cold AC. -Has a dispenser on the hallway where-in you can get free drinking water. -Nice staff. -There is a few parking space.

Cons: -Hotel is always full. Hard to book and get a room. -Since the built of the hotel's wall is thin,you can hear banging door noise from the other rooms. But can still tolerate it. -Sometimes wifi is weak. -Small elevator. -We are consist of big persons so the bed was quite small for us.

A very nice good hotel at a good location, it’s next to a robinsons mall, 40-50min from the airport and the pier is like 15-20min away. Friendly staff that helps you and is thoughtfull. When you’re a returning guest it gets easier to check-in and they appreciate you coming back. It’s a nice hotel with a good bathroom. Pressure is nice and the rooms are clean. It’s quiet and you can get a good sleep. When you’re staying longer in cebu i would recommend or just need to relax for one night. its a bit more pricey then other hotels but it’s worth it.

Not all rooms have a fridge, because they don’t have a restaurant i wouldve been nice to have a fridge.

Location size of the room bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, two washbasins - so 3-4 people could use it at the same time which was very convenient as a group. Huge reception area with ample seating space Lot of eating places, laundromat, shopping places just below the hotel on the ground floor

No cutlery in the room, we had to ask for it from the reception We booked a cab to Moalboal through the security guard - pathetic car and poor service The kind of inspection that was done upon checkout - haven’t seen anything like that all my life. What are we - thieves?!

Stayed here for 4 days initially. Then came back and booked 3 more days after! The area is amazing! Very accessible. At first we were worried about parking spaces because it's connected to a commercial building with restaurants and cafe around but Primeway suites makes sure there are parking spaces reserved AND available for your car during your stay. So make sure to register your car under your room reservation. The security guards are friendly and helpful at all times. My partner and I were so jetlagged that we would be up and walking around at 3am and we felt very safe. It's quiet in the morning but since it's near Osmeña circle, the area does get congested with traffic. But that is expected if you want to be near everything. The convenience is a priority for us. It's close to malls like Ayala! Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our rooms tidy and neat! This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back for sure. They have a 24hr front desk available just in case you arrive in the midnight which is the case for us.

I don't have much to say except that I had to ask for an extra key card to keep in the card holder inside the room to keep electricity going for the AC system. I understand the idea of saving electricity however, my fiancé is not used to the heat in the Philippines. Other than that, everything is great!

The place was very clean. All the staff were professional, friendly and were very accommodating. They responded to our request promptly. Also, the ambiance of the whole place was quiet and relaxing. Most importantly, the place has easy access to restaurants, starbucks, laundryshop, atm. So it was very convenient to go to these places, they were just downstairs. This place is indeed a great place to stay. the value of our stay wasn’t expensive yet the service, location and the place were outstanding and went beyond our expectations.

The rooms are spacious with good amenities , and the location is accessible. There are stores and restaurants downstairs, and it is a walking distance from Robinsons Fuente. The staffs were all kind and responsive.

The rooms have poor sound proof. They need to improve it. You can hear the chats, gigles, and sounds etc. from the next room. There was one time, we asked for the assistance of the front desk, since it was already past midnight…
