We enjoyed the simple breakfast buffet. Each day the food was different. We liked the local dishes added to the selection including the purple rice in the banana leaf and the chocolate rice pudding. There was also a safe option of eggs, coffee, and toast with jam and coffee etc. The front desk staff were always happy to help. They helped me find a a couple of local restaurants that were will searching for too, and sent me in the right direction to find an ATM. We arrived at a crazy hour early in the morning too so it was good that they had staff on duty all night.

The air conditioner was a little loud for me personally but the rest of my family thought it was fine.

We arrived past 8pm. The staff, Maam Kit, gave us a warm welcome. We were given instructions on our stay. Plus points for handing us a week schedule of Sinulog activities printed in color. We were offered free transferrable tattoos too to celebrate Pit Señor! Room was new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Aircon unit was working. Location was good, just beside Bos Cafe, and quiet. Easy to locate for grab car,

We don't have windows but it was tolerable. Water supply was low one morning. Wifi connection is slow at times.

Plenty of eating establishments to go about; though the best ones need a bit of travelling. The hotel is just 2-3 mins. away from a Bo's Coffee shop for those who need their daily dose of caffeine.

Not much of a nightlife. Convenience stores are located further - the 24-hour ones, even farther. Area near the property is still undergoing some renovation due to the installment of the BRT system.

It is affordable and the staff are friendly. The room is clean. We slept well.

The breakfast displays were always limited. With my 2-night stay, breakfast displays were always and almost empty, even the drinks, based on my 2 breakfasts experienced. But i love the place because it is affordable. And also, the water is slow, so maybe we can do something on it. I will still come back..

Good location, friendly staff, free breakfast buffet. They let us check in early and put us in an adjoining room next to our other family members. It was a 7 minute walk to Robinson’s mall and fast food choices. They had Netflix & Prime Video and other channels available.

It’s a pretty new hotel that even google maps don’t know it. I love how clean it is and how responsive the staff were. I also like the location. There is an on-going road construction outside but the room is still pretty quiet.

The hot water in the shower did not work.

Mainly its location. SureStay is very close to the capitol. There are shops and restaurants nearby and commute is readily available.

Just one. We booked a taxi from the airport and the location on the GPS is wrong. Took us a while to find the place. Our driver was not familiar of the hotel.

The hotel have big space, I like the bed so comfortable. Stuff were nice, smiling, total good service. The location is great. Foods were yummy.

I recommend to check their hot and cold shower, I didn't feels the hot water even if I turned into high still warm.

The service and room were amazing!

We were offered a room that had a malfunction, so we alarmed the reception and without hesitation they offered us a free room upgrade and we had the most amazing stay we could have wished for!
