They do what they can to provide your needs and requests! - requested early breakfast prior to our tour - requested transportation even at 2AM to catch the first trip to Alicia (Panoramic Park) - free room upgrade (too late to realize until I saw my booking sorry po and I am very THANKFUL!) - very wide food selection on their menu (you can plan your meal for a week already) - clean and well-maintained room and facilities! - very accommodating and friendly staff Even the neighboring guests who have been staying for almost a month very much enjoy the place. I TRULY recommend this place when you visit Bohol!!!

Good service and responsiveness to guests' needs are my most basic requirements when choosing accommodation. I would choose this place mainly because of two major factors: (1) location and (2) price. First (1) geographical factors: Because there are two main tourist areas in Bohol, one is in the mountains. The other is by the sea. The mountainous part, mainly to the Chocolate Mountains in the north, passes through the Tarsier Ecological Reserve and many waterfalls and rivers in between. Most of the mountainous tourist attractions are located at the southern end of Bohol Island, mainly close to the southeastern part of Bohol Island. The seaside is dominated by Panglao Island in the south, especially Balicasag Island off the southern coast, which is a must-go for a day trip. So I chose to live here. Although this accommodation is close to the village, it is far away from the urban area near the Bohol ferry in the north, and also far away from the tourist area of Alona in Panglao Island in the south. The only thing you need here is transportation. I rented a motorcycle for 9 days when I went to Bohol Island, which cost about 3600P in total. The distance from your accommodation to the Chocolate Hills, the farthest northern attraction, is about 61 kilometers and takes about 1.5 hours by motorcycle. Most other attractions are within this distance. (2) The second most important factor to consider is the price. There is a double bed, a separate bathroom, a refrigerator, a small wardrobe, a sink, a small electric cooker, and various kitchen dining tools. In addition, there are gas tanks and The stove should be able to cook by yourself. I only go to the ICM supermarket in the city center and the traditional market next to it, buy some drinks and fruits, put them in the refrigerator, and enjoy them slowly. No cooking. Especially when you understand the dining culture of Filipino street food, there is no need to cook it yourself.

The staff were really helpful, arranged a taxi for us and even prepared breakfast earlier than the scheduled time to accommodate our early departure. Our room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, which was very convenient for storing snacks and drinks. The air conditioning was a pleasant surprise; it was both effective and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers motorbike rentals right on the premises, making it easy to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!
Little bit further away from centre, but the motorbike rentals made it easy to get around.

Large bedroom. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Provided a mini-soap and shampoo, mini-fridge, kettle, and filtered water. Bedroom and linens were clean. Bathroom was not a wet room, it actually had a separate shower. Location is good if you have a scooter rental (by scooter: 20 mins to Alona Beach or Tagbilaran Port, 1.25 hours to Chocolate Hills, 35 mins to Tarsier Sanctuary). Very close to Hinagdanan Cave (15 mins walk). Restaurant on location has good food and most of it is decently priced. WiFi is good. A/C works, but takes a while to kick in.
Bathroom slightly outdated. Staff could be called by bell, but vary rarely at reception. A/C took a while to kick in (pockets of the room were cool).

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our host, Liramie, and her staff were welcoming and kind. There was a kitchen open most of the day. The food was excellent and there were a few healthy options. The garden like eating area was cool as in not hot and calming. It really is a good location. It’s a sleepy area, but believe me, this is exactly what you want. I talked with folks staying near the trendy areas who said they were unable to sleep due to the loud music playing blocks away all night long. Tricycles or motorbikes are inexpensive (negotiate!) and easy to hail. Not close enough to walk to (although we did), there is a very nice pizza place called Sicily which was excellent. They had a lot of different offerings.

Maybe we get used to Philippinos' passion. In the beginning, we found the staff did not show much energetic or wore smiles. Eveything around the property is quiet. However, they are willing to give out a hand when we had a trouble communicating with next property. One of the staff even called out with her cellphone without asking a charge in return. She accompanied me for almost 20 minutes to solve the issue in the night. My boy enjoyed playing basketball that afternoon. This place even offers nice meals. Gradually we enjoy staying our quiet moment here and cannot help thinking to come back one day.
Press the button! The hot water pipe was switched off after we checked in. I could not get hot water on my 1st night.

I loved the location, a little street with farm animals everywhere, close access to both the port and the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still within easy reach We had delicious pancakes for breakfast and we rented a scooter from the property The staff were very nice and there are places to sit outside and talk to the other guests if you want to Good WiFi speed
Unfortunately our bathroom had a very unpleasant smell - possibly the drains but this is something that can hopefully be sorted. There are cockerels nearby that will wake you up early in the morning, so if you want a lie in bring some earplugs! It didn’t bother us too much

Blue Summer Suites is very spacious, it often felt like we had the place to ourselves even though others guests were there. The staff were so attentive and lovely throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The location is very close to the cave and a lovely quiet beach at the end of the road. We had a scooter so getting around the island and into Bohol was easy, we would recommend this as there isn’t much you can reach via foot by staying here. The added bonus of the pool table and basketball court were favourites of ours! We also ate here a lot as they catered well for vegetarians, the food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend 😊
Nothing! 😬

Very delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. So many options for a very good price. Rooms were nice and clean. You can rent cheap good quality scooters. They offer a laundry service as well. Personnel very friendly. We needed one day a very early breakfast and this was no issue at all. Would recommend anyone to go here!
There are still mosquitos and little ants in the room. This is because there is open space below the front and back door and windows. I think someone else mentioned this in the reviews before.

The staff are AMAZING!! Owner is also considerate. Hotel responds to queries very quick. 🫶🏻💕🫶🏻💕 I arrived really early at the hotel since my flight was moved several hours from my original flight sched. I checked with the property if they allow early check in and they said yes. When I arrived (tired, haven't slept for 27 hrs), the staff is already sweeping the grounds and after guiding me inside, she said I can check in immediately 🥰. I was sooo amazed by the service (have stayed at so many hotels locally and abroad and this is the first time I've experienced this). Food: DELICIOUS! 🤤 Room space: Can fit 4 pax in 1 room (we booked the adjacent room since there was supposed to be 5 of us). Have our own shared bathroom outside the 2 rooms. Refrigerator and electric kettle inside the room. Price is worth it, especially if travelling in big groups/fam. Location: It's 600m from Hinagdanan cave (walking distance). Close to tourist spots in Panglao Island. Vicinity is quiet. Hotel area is huge, guests can play volleyball or badminton (they have a net)
The only downside is the location. It is a bit far (around 12km) from Alona beach where most of the restaurants/night life are located. But this could be remedied if guests know how to ride a motorcycle or drive a car, unfortunately, our group can only ride the tricycles (which can be expensive, especially when travelling alone)
