We like that if has spacious bedrooms and interior is good.

When we arrived, there were used towels still hanging on one of the rooms. They might have just missed that one given that it was at the back of the door. The sinks get easily clogged. TV was not working as it is not connected to any receiver. The washroom outside isn’t cleaned. We were expecting for the toiletries included on the booking and complained to the staff however, they gave us towels only and we ended up buying toiletries outside. For drinking water, you should have option to add it on the booking and charge customer extra. Though 7 eleven is few minutes walk from the property, it’s a hassle to go outside specially at times when you just wanted to relax from a day’s tiring activity.

The amenities are available and the area is clean and ready to use.

We already called for the attendant for the cable and internet after we arrived in the place but were catered in the evening. The cable was fixed in that evening, but still no internet even until we checked out of the place.

I like the rooms. All of them are cute and we felt comfortable.

I like how spacious the property is and its very accessible.

Airconditioners in the master’s bedroom and the other room is broken it was too hot. Sliding doors are difficult to open, the shared bathroom sink upstairs is clogged and shower faucet is broken. The same issues we had before on our first stay. So we might not go back. It needed some maintenance.

The Location

The apartment was so dusty that it was so obvious it was not cleaned or sanitized. Service was so slow and rude. There is no free mineral water inside the apartment. The staff told us that the mineral water will be delivered later, but its already midnyt, no mineral water was delivered. Towels were given late. It was not ready ahead. We need to wait until 10pm for the towels to be delivered.

the other room has defective AC. And there is no internet. There is no mineral water to refill. And they provide gas tank late. And the toiletris is not incomplete. Please improve your appartment.

the place was clean nice in general and close to the Mall.

the service from the host is quite disappointing. 1) we booked for family of 7. the beds made were only three, we were expecting for the extra beds to be made but none. we found some extra pillow in the cupboard but it was soiled and smelling of saliva. the comforter we found in the cupboard stinks as well. 2) the reservation says 4 towels will be provided, we only got two and we have to ask for the other two. 3) the bed is not comfortable. the foam was too thin it hurts the back. 4) we lost a mobile phone and thought it was left at the property so we called and was told they will call to inform whether it is there or not, but no one bothered to call. note: i am pointing all these out because i want the host to improve their services because the guests does not get the value for the money paid.

Good size property

All the furnitures needs upgrading. No proper sockets to plug kitchen equipments. Spare duvets/pillows very dirty.
